which im hopeful and half sure it will, ill want to play the eu version on an imported 3ds. will i be able to buy one from gamestop's website or something?

i always liked shiida as a mage because her magic growth as a mage is higher than her str growth in any physical class, yea wing spear is nice but im biased i guess. im half doing the archer linde thing cuz i saw lots of people liked the mallaisia myrmidon thing and saied, if they can turn a cleric into a swordmaster then i can turn linde into a decent sniper :D

i know, but i choose other units to fill in mage roles that i find better than her, liike.. shiida has the same magic growth as linde , yumina has better magic and so does mallaisia. and also snipers get plus 1 on mages, im not saying its a better class than her as a mage buut... its better than benching her cuz there are better potential mages

was kinda skeptical but i tried it out and she's pretty good in that class! since my unit is always a mage girl for me she always outshines linde and i end up benching her, so i decided to try something different... i chose archer since she is fragile and wouldnt have to fight up close and gave her a forged iron bow with 11 might to start her off to compensate for her lower str but she gained a few lvls and her str is 9 now at lvl 8! whoo. anyone eles think of this b4 me? im sure im not the first lol

i was not using desmune, but a friend pointed out i just had a bad rom. thanks though, i tried desmune and it runs better than no$

tried to play fe12 but the emulator just did the sounds but no image says its a dsi enhanced version so maybe thats it but idk if im just doin somethin silly. the menu and game works in the background but no image..

still didnt work, maybe its what im tryin to change, all i wanna do is turn Tanya and Lara into thunder mages(give tanya laras portrait and give lara daisy's) and boost everyones growthes. am i doin it wrong?

yea it runs fine before i use nightmare on it. it it means anything i use nightmare 2 on it, and yes the base stats are that. and im not sure how to print the title screen(still relativly new to the modding thing) but the dates that are on the title screen are 1995, 1999, and 2000

so iv tried pretty much everything. i downloaded different roms, taken the header off the roms with the bsnes emulator but it still wont play after i modify it with nightmare. also id like to say iv modded the gba games and fire emblem 2 and 3 just fine so i dont know why fire emblem 5 is givin me such a hard time :( someone help me please..

i havent read through all the pages in here yet so idk if u have said it or not. but if this is just a remake of the 2nd gen, i was wonderin if my fave character Linda would be available to play? i vastly prefer her to teeny. PLS =C

i tried to use the snestool but it wont work on my comp. says its not compatible with my version of windows. i know pl have hacked it b4 with nightmare i just wish i knew how. maybe im using the wrong kind of rom

it just isnt working, iv tried different roms and the nightmare thing just makes it unusable :C really would help if i knew why

i read the emulator when i tried to play it and it says iv corrupted the rom if that helps, but im gonna try n see bout the header thing first

the rom im using that i successfully patched to English is called FE trachia 776 (J) (NP) .smc is that any help? im sry im so noobish

how can i check that? bear in mind that im just strarting and am pretty much learning on my own

yes im saving it, my problem is that the emulator wont play the game after i modulate it. im wondering if its nightmare thats messing it up of if theres another modulator to use. basically the emulator just black screens

so i am trying to mod fire emblem 5 with nightmare 2 and it wont work :/ all im changing is certain characters class, portraits, and growths and i changed marty to a female mage (changed gender and gave him Daisy's portrait) im not touchin the other stuff cuz im not that familier with hacking yet . so id just like some help cuz the rom wont work after i save it. please help me :C

i tried doing that, but all i get from the bottom left option is 4 blank boxes and some japanese text.... :C i dunno wats wrong

i gave in and bought a jap version of the game for my ds, bad news is i cant read japanese and dont know how to download items like the raimbow drop, cuz every option i try doesnt work. i got to the online shop but i need help >_<
