Which game in the series had the best music for its time?

Okaay...well I'm talking strictly of the original, in-game soundtrack as opposed to arrangements or remixes. -
So which game in the series do you think had the best music for its time? For me I'd pick the third one because it really manages to pull off really war-like music in a super famicom game! It's also the first game in the series to truly have music like this!

Th..th...Thunder Force?!? Oh yes!! I'm so glad someone brought some of its awesome music up! Pure rock music goodness in a 16-bit game!

well we already have poison, berserk, sleep, petrification, etc. but what kinds of status effects do you think they should add to the fire emblem series? weird transformations (into toads, bunnies, pigs, etc.), getting set on fire, being unable to attack even if you have a weapon equipped, etc.

Sorry, I meant 'attention' , he needs to be the star of more games, Luigi's Mansion isn't enough Besides, this is only one poll, and there could be more out there where he lags.

Luigi, he doesn't get enough love and you've gotta love his move asset in the Super Smash Bros. series That makes him both a nice character to pick (when I don't feel like using my very favorite characters) and a fun character to fight in the SSB games
