This guide has been super helpful, and I wanted to post something I just found. I'm on a GD run, and I'm actually on ch. 21 trying to finish the remaining supports between my students and the game says I missed the opportunity for Caspar x Petra A Support. I have no idea when the cutoff for this would be.
