It seems like FEA is a much more romanticized version of our world. Most if not all of the characters that can engage/marry will be engaged and will be married with their first love. That's really sweet in a way - very very romanticized. A few examples that I can think of... 1. Thaja mentions that MU is her first love in the original support convos. 2. Cordelia, for obvious reasons, will be engaged with her first "true" love. (Not the unrequited one ). 3. Mariabel: judging from her personality and her inability to have many if any friends means that whomever she is paired up with IS her first love. 4. Sayri: although stereotypical, it seems her personality and her "old fashioned" looks and her being a princess and all suggest shes probably never liked anyone before. 5. Tiki: ok this one is wierd. Tiki lived for thousands of years. Yet the only admiration she showed for any male was Marth (and that was more of a brotherly love). I guess she spent the majority of her time being alseep and being the divine dragon princess has something to do with this. The same can be said of the guys... Lonqu is an example... Chrom seems to be also an example (his almost oblivious reaction to females)... Kellam without an exception... Donnel... Henry... etc etc etc etc But one can't complain! Wouldn't it be nice if things really was this way?

Since this game will not be released on Thursday... and we all know that FEA's Demo came up 12PM (but remember the demo came on the eShop on Thursday 17th). So seeing that this game will be released on Monday... does this mean it will be released on eShop first thing 4th Feb - 12AM?

Erm I really wanna know this if male MU S ranks with Lucina... is Morgan still recruitable aka appear in the game? If so what's the logic behind that?! Lucina comes from the future, and male MU engages and eventually marries her and erm... so how can Morgan exist in the future? Lol...

What does this sentence mean? Its the Mariabelle x Male MU S. My lord, you saw to the very core of my heart ...and may the gods help you, if you break it. Why does she call MU or You "my lord"? And what does "you saw to the very core of my heart" mean? Erm >_< can someone pls explain to me?

Ah, what does non-legacy character mean? OH and you two just confirmed my theory of MU ---> MU whether a male or female gender is either really good looking or has a great kind personality or BOTH because it seems all these characters can grow to love him/her! Oh also, getting a princess and a priestess to confess their love for male avatar is very romantic! I mean Sayri and Tiki both poured their hearts at the male MU during A & S support...

Where is it confirmed that those 2 can only marry male MU? If so, seems like male MU must be pretty good looking or has a great kind personality that makes a princess and a priestess both fall in love with him!

I cannot seem to find Sayri or Tiki's marriage options. Who can Sayri (Princess of Sonshi) or Tiki (Priestess of Varm) marry?

I was looking at the FEA NOA website... it doesn't seem to have the full cast of the 1st gen characters right? Why is this so? I see that Libera...Paris...Cherge...Tiki...Sairi...Nowi etc have not been listed... does this mean NOA may censor some characters? I don't get it...the full site is up but there how come all these other characters are not included in the game!?!

Hello, I am 15 years old and my parents are adamant for me to post on this forum to check if there is any unsafe content in this game. They know that there is a marriage option and there will be children involved >_< I am only allowed to buy this game with their approval. I hope that there is nothing too extreme in this game. Can anyone please confirm this for me?

And no such thing as accident pregnancies! FE13 has a bit of a weird setting... it seems to appear as if it happened in our past... but some of their technology and magic seems to surpass us. Maybe think of them on an alternate version of Earth?

Yea I guess... So a few points I gathered from the above posts... 1. I'm pretty sure they don't have kids for like 4-5 years after the events of the story. (Except for Krom. And he has his kid like one year after chapter 12 or something?) If this is true, this makes a whole lot more sense. Its silly to imagine that right after the war ends, EVERY SINGLE COUPLE DECIDES TO HAVE CHILDREN AT THE SAME TIME... which is absurd. 2. In an actual marriage, a lot of people actually do decide to have children quickly, and of course, there's always the chance of an accidental pregnancy. LOL --> Since they seems to techologically advanced/magic, I guess conception medicine/methods can be used right? Accidental pregnancy sounds a bit unrealistic. 3. Some of them may never even have kids in the new timeline thanks to the time alterations. This is interesting... grandfather paradox in play here... cause and effect here...

How hold are the majority of the characters? It seems weird they can marry at such a young age no? Let's be more specific and look at Sariya! She appears to be no more older than 20, yet she can marry... Liz, Liz appears to be like 16? 17? Yet she can marry? Sairi seems more plausible she seems 25ish so marrying is okai. Sumia and Mariabel are probably same as Sariya = young adults 18-23? So marrying seems okai but still isn't marriage before 25 too young? And the children of the marriage... they grew up so much... I dunno about the real world but it seems weird to think that every single marriage pairing will produce some child or children of immediately after they marry. Because not all couples want children immediately after marriage do they? How do you guys explain the fact that even before you marry children start popping up? Its just really illogical and weird to think that a freshly married couple MUST PRODUCE CHILDREN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY MARRY... why cannot they wait 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years after they marry before they decide to conceive children? Is this not logical?

So Treehouse is going to localize this game for NA/EU? So what is this Treehouse? Is it owned by NOA or something? I only know localizers like XSeed, Akyss, Atlus and NISA but I never heard of Treehouse before? Did they localize Kid Icarus or something? Also how does Treehouse find its VAs? I know companies like Funimation have their own crew of VAs but how does Treehouse find its VAs? On a side note, not sure if any of you guys have played New Little King's Story on the PSVita, it was localized by Konami in a matter of months. MY GOD THE Voices in that game was absolutely terrible. -__-

What about the Summer Bonds part? Will NOA or NOE regard the Summer Bonds DLC as too fan-servicey and decide not to localize it? Or maybe they will deem it to be inappropriate? But I dunno if anyone of you played Rune Factory before, it also had beach/swimsuits in it, that didn't stop NOA or NOE from bring it over?

There are TONS of DLCs for this game They seem to be continuing to be coming right? I heard there is this new Hot Spring DLC? Just as we had the summer bonds DLC now Hot Springs! This is awesome... has this been confirmed yet? Do you guys think we will get all the DLCs localized and be available for us to pay for in NA/EU? And since NA/EU is early 2013, so is it logical to assume that all DLC for FE Awakening will end in 2012? That Japan will release a few DLCs and that's it? I have not played ANY FE games before though so I wouldn't know if DLCs got localized or not, but what do you guys think about the DLCs coming over to NA/EU? And if they come over, will they be available like instantly on the eShop or spread out over a few months?

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! THANK YOU FOR THIS CLARIFICATION! Because I was soooooooooo confused. So the player who plays the MC, we are "legitimate" right? We are not "possessed" by Gimle. We are who we are. The ONLY REASON we lost our memories is because some future self of us, who was possessed by Gimle, enters the current timeline then causing us Amnesia! Thank you!

Wait how does that work? I thought Gimle-Possessed MU is already in the current timeline? The Prologue part when you get picked up by Chrom? So how can a Gimle-Possessed MU (which is already from the future) meet the MU in the past in Ch12? I thought the Gimle-Possessed MU "merged" with the current timeline MU?
