I was thinking of redoing over the topic that I talked about earlier a year ago and this is going to be more SNK-only focus related earlier. Since we finally have Kazuya from Tekken becomes the 2nd Bandai Namco rep that we wanted a 2nd Bandai Namco rep for years, since a lot of 3rd Party Companies have two 3rd Party Franchises in the roster for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate while SNK is now the only 3rd Party Company without a 2nd Franchise Rep. We do know that Banjo & Kazooie along with Steve are owned by Microsoft and they're both DLCs while Square Enix had Heroes from Dragon Quest and Sephiroth as the 2nd Final Fantasy rep in the roster. I do think we might going to have a 2nd SNK Franchise rep as the Final DLC Newcomer for Challenger Pack 11 to complete every 3rd Party Companies with around 2 3rd Party Franchises since we are going towards to the end of Fighter Pass Vol. 2 with no more coming. Since I did taken a look at the music tracks used in King of Fighters Stadium to see some non-Fatal Fury music tracks such as The King of Fighters, Art of Fighting, Athena, Ikari Warriors, Samurai Shodown, Metal Slug, and Alpha Mission. I seriously do not think we are getting any characters from Samurai Shodown nor Metal Slug represented becoming in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate due to their music tracks were already been added in Terry Bogard's DLC content and Nintendo already had planned the set up for Fighter Pass Vol. 2 during in Terry Bogard's Development. There are other SNK Franchises that I found that none of the Music Tracks were ever used in the King of Fighters Stadium and one of these could might fit as the 2nd SNK Franchise Rep: The Last Blade Crystalis Sengoku Baseball Stars World Heroes King of the Monsters Beast Busters Doki Doki Majo Shinpan! Prehistoric Isle Pulstar Shock Troopers Stakes Winner Super Sidekicks Twinkle Star Sprites Vanguard Ragnagard Guerrilla War Street Smart Zed Blade I'm betting on my guess in which SNK Franchises that could work for a 2nd SNK Franchise rep is someone from The Last Blade (presumably Kaede), Crystalis (Simea), Sengoku, Shock Troopers, or World Heroes series (presumably Hanzo). I might choose Kaede from The Last Blade or Simea from Crystalis.
Metal Slug series
King Marth 64 posted a topic in General GamingI managed to bought NeoGeo Mini International recently that contains all the first five Metal Slug games including X since I'm trying out the SNK Arcade games and I did recently bought Metal Slug XX in the PlayStation TV since the official PlayStation Store for PlayStation Vita is going to be shut down on August. I did managed to beat Metal Slug 1 (the final mission was impossible to beat with just three lives per 4 credits), I'm on Metal Slug 2 as of right now. I have a couple of questions in the Metal Slug series. What is the difference between Metal Slug 2 and Metal Slug X besides that I heard some of the slowdowns in 2 had a problem, but got fixed up in X? Since I don't have Metal Slug 6, is the only single copy that is not part of the Anthology Collection is only available in the NA version of PS2, correct? I tried to find a way to download Leona Heidern since that was required to download her in Metal Slug XX PSP version and I couldn't find that DLC in the PlayStation Vita Store in my PlayStation TV system, does anyone that has Vita or a PS TV knows how to download her to the game legally so that I don't miss out on her from the PlayStation Store Shut Down in my digital copy of Metal Slug XX? Edit from April 19th, 2021: Sony's President just announced that PS3 and PS Vita Stores are keeping them open instead of shut it down in Summer.
I managed to got Terry Bogard from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate when he was launched at November 6th, 2020 and I also got Fatal Fury 3 from the Nintendo Switch eShop when it was on sale around December. I did looked at some videos on YouTube that mentioned about their disappointments that Mai Shiranui didn't made a single cameo in the King of Fighter Stadium and Sakurai wanted to keep the series as "Super Smash Bros. is for Good Boys and Good Girls of All Ages" and I did looked at some Fatal Fury and King of Fighters videos to observe them before I entered the Fatal Fury series. I have a question for anyone who was in Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series. Since I did heard some fans were wanting Mai Shiranui to be cameod or appear in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I did looked at the reason why Mai wasn't included because of her atire that she uses while fighting in combat and Sakurai didn't want to bring the Age Rating in the Japanese versions bumped from CERO A to higher. If her fans wanted her to be in the next Super Smash Bros. title, wouldn't it be obvious for SNK managed to give Mai a new alternate costume or an appropriate Ninja outfit (that be useful to the "Good Boys and Good Girls of All Ages" rules) that it be more appropriate similar to like Blue Mary was in similar to like Terry did had an alternate outfit in the Garou: Mark of the Wolves and King of Fighters series so that it might satisfy of her being cameod either as a new background character for the King of Fighters Stadium, as an Assist Trophy for the Fatal Fury series, or join in as a playable fighter similar to like Sephiroth had? Or does Mai not want to fight without her iconic outfit that distracts men and showing much skin as she wanted since I did heard that in Chun-Li vs. Mai Shiranui's Death Battle Match mentioned by Wiz. P.S.: I wasn't targeting this thread towards Super Smash Bros. series, I was putting this thread more relevant towards Mai Shiranui, Fatal Fury series, King of Fighters series, and SNK.
Since there's like four 3rd Party companies that gotten a single character in the Super Smash Bros. series and since Konami, Sega, Capcom, and Square Enix gotten a second series reps in Ultimate. I definitely know alot of people wanted a second Bandai Namco character as a second Namco franchise rep fighter in Ultimate, I also think Atlus, SNK, and Microsoft should get a second franchise rep fighter in Ultimate as well. This topic has to be focus on only character picks from Bandai Namco, Atlus, SNK, and Microsoft franchises and it has to be video game originated characters only. My guess from the the four of them has to be: Llyod Irving (Bandai Namco) from Tales of Series One of the Etrian Odyssey main characters (Atlus) from Etrian Odyssey series or Alto from Stella Glow (Atlus) Simea (SNK) from Crystalis - I think Simea would work since I don't think Ryo, Athena, nor Ralf Jones would get in since they're already in the King of Fighters Stadium and Haohmaru was already added as a Spirit for Terry Bogard's Spirit Board along with the Samurai Showdown music track were added as well and I don't think Marco would get in since the Metal Slug music tracks were already used in the music collection for Fatal Fury series. Rash (Microsoft) from Battle Toads series - Maybe have Zitz and Pimple as alts similar to like how Eleven from Dragon Quest series has with Arusu, Solo, and Eight as an alt. What are your four picks do you think they should get in as a Fighter for Ultimate. Edit: Oct. 1st Challenger Pack 7 Trailer reveals Steve from Minecraft just joined as a second Microsoft franchise rep.

North888 posted a topic in General GamingAs is obvious, I love me a good fighting game. Reading through the first pages of the General Gaming Discussion, I didn't see any real topics about this. There's a Smash Topic and a Street Fighter V Topic, but no topic about just general fighting games. I love games like Skullgirls, which serves as probably the best Marvel Vs. Capcom-style game out there. It has some darn gorgeous visuals and a great soundtrack. It's probably my favorite fighting game at the moment. I also hold a deep love for fighters like KoF, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and the many fighters made by Arc System Works, including Guilty Gear and Blazblue. I enjoy and play basically every fighter out there. From Lethal League and Divekick to Skullgirls and Mortal Kombat. I also play competitively, so if you're looking on character advice and such, I'm your man! Feel free to talk about your favorite fighting games here! This can include stuff like Powerstone, Darkstalkers, you name it! I use fightcade to play most of my fighters online as far as older ones go. Look it up, its great!
