They broke it and then they realized they broke it so they fixed it. ho shit that RS buff looks sweet I think the Beggar's being able to get ammo from dispensers when "sheathed" kind of defeats the balance of the gun, though. You can camp a dispenser with huge burst damage potential and still be relatively well off using it as a regular launcher if you miss the opportunity. Just run over the dead bodies you mow down and you won't run out of ammo. it is not like you consume bullets faster like the huo long wepon.
