As for free-to-use custom frames, the only one that I'm aware of is the Shadow Dragon one that VincentASM did (or at least, I think it's free-to-use)... if I remembered where it was posted on here >_>. There might be more that I'm simply not aware of, but I'm not sure. (Not too many people have delved into making frames (they're pretty complex compared to, say, making a portrait splice), and of the ones that have, most of the time, they're custom made for their own projects.
