Nintendo never released an English version of FE4. The English version lacks any copyright or anything like that. Also, it's not stealing at all, because they'll never ever get any money out of you regardless of whether you choose to play the rom or not. Yes but you couldn't see them on the PokeGear Map BEFORE encountering them in the wild. Soon as I get the Master Ball, I might catch Raikou and replace Ampharos with it. Even if they still have copyright claims over the game Nintendo/IS is no longer making any money off the game nor they are producing copies therefore they don't really care.
