Hotel Dusk sequel for DS

Couldn't find much info on this around, but it looks legitimate enough.

Apparently a sequel to Hotel Dusk, named "Last Window: Mayonaka no Yakusoku" (lit. Last Window: Midnight's Promise) will be released in Japan on 14th January 2010 for the DS. It takes place 1 year after the original game, in 1980s Los Angeles. The name "Last Window" was recently trademarked by Nintendo of Japan as well (made public on 15th October).

If this is legitimate, it is surely a boon to us all :) I found Hotel Dusk to be incredibly enjoyable, looking forward to the second game~
