  1. So if the puppet runs out of HP, the user will die as well? That does put a limit on many of the possibilities I was wondering about. But also opens up several new ones. You could use rally skills on the character/puppet and also be boosting the other at the same time from across the map. Would skills like "Distinguished Son" and "Battle Comand" effect both as long as just one of them is within range of the user? And has anybody made a list of skills that appear to have been lost from Awakening? I haven't seen Acrobat, Armsthrift (for obvious reasons), Healtouch, Hit Rate +20, Quick/Slow Burn, Conquest, Shadow Gift (Noooo!...), or Rightful King (And here I was hoping we'd get access to Rightful God lol).
  2. I have a few questions about this skill. Does this skill effectively make a duplicate of the user that remains until it is either killed or the map ends? Does this puppet start with the same weapons as the user? Can it also pair up and get the same support bounses the original would get? And by "once per map" does it mean once per user, or only once period? As in, if you have 3 characters with this skill, can they each do it once (effectively giving you 3 extra units), or can only one of them use it and then it can't be used again by anybody? Depending on the answers to these questions, this skill could potentially be even more broken than Galeforce. lol Also, back in Awakening, children would get the last skills equipped by their parents upon entering whatever map introduces them. Does it work the same with the children in this game (meaning they start with one skill from the father and one from the mother in addition to their personal skill)?
  3. I had been planning on getting a Japanese 3DS for a while in order to play a handful of Japanese exclusive games I got. (Blasted region locking... It prevented me playing the Japanese versions of the Pokemon games this generation. Wouldn't Nintendo rather have me buying the same game 4 times over as opposed to 2?...) Since I had a few coupons for Playasia, I decided to look at 3DS there and decided to order the Fire Emblem one. I was under the assumption that it would come with a code for the digital version of the game, but have heard it doesn't... A 3DS that's a hundred extra bucks for just a couple of special plates... really?... In that case I guess I'll just be buying it off the Japanese Eshop as soon as it arrives. I think I'll start with the white kingdom in the first play and buy the other after I get everything in that one down. I'm still fairly new to the Japanese language. Japanese Pokemon games have the option for all kana (no kanji) which I always select. Does Fire Emblem tend to offer that? If not, I'll definitely be relying on translations quite a bit (even with all kana I likely would lol).
