Jiggly got buffed in Brawl+... although I feel Ness, Lucas, and Peach got worse.
EDIT: I checked, Link is supposedly pretty meh, although improving.
I should try Brawl+ again.

The lowest he got was in Melee and even then he was Mid or Low Mid or something.Link on the other hand never got much higher than Pikachu's lowest.
