See, I went because my old man more or less made me, and all that time I really didnt like it

But a couple years later and I see what a bad attitude that was, because really I could do with some of that buffness back. It's why I'm going to the gym again

It's possible to stunt your growth by lifting too heavy if its past your means, but like I said, by senior year of high school I had been lifting for like four years

I started light and worked my way up

when you think of it that way, my results are actually pretty underwhelming

I didn't start lifting in high school, I started in middle school

What I was lifting back then was the result of natural progression
