  1. I only ever use griffon riders to get swordbreaker for my manaketes.
  2. For MU, you can always put in a spot at the beginning selecting who you're marrying MU to, and then removing them from the equation. Since it's based on giving skills, stats, and classes, you can separate MU from the rest. Would that make it easier?
  3. Champion Promotes from knight. Description: A moderately armored unit that trades the raw defense of a general for additional skill and speed. Weapons: Sword, Lance, Bow Skill 1: Canny Defense- Negates weapon triangle penalty when at a disadvantage. Skill 2: Stun- Makes enemy unable to move their next turn. Activation: skill/2. Gender exclusivity: none
  4. Suggestions based on avoiding redundancy would be pretty useful imo. Also when I pair Panne, Nothing shows up in Yarne's section.
  5. Is there any way you could have a section that gives suggestion of pairings based on overlap and highest number of skills passed/obtained by the child?
  6. +4 might, +6 crit brings it to the stats of the vague katti. If you want all the stats used i'd put +5 might, +9 crit.
  7. I'm another one that's always been a fan of swordmasters, but in this game they're just not good. Tricksters are another one where i wish was better.

I'd like to see Stefan from Path of Radiance Swordmaster (+skill -magic) Weapon: Killer Edge (Vague Katti) Skills: Swordfaire Astra Vantage Zeal Avoid +10 I was torn between luck and magic as a flaw. In path of radiance (the version of him i prefer), his magic stat is the lower growth rate, but his luck starts at a lower stat. In Radiant Dawn, it's vice versa.
  9. Fred happens to be my favorite character in the game, I just tend not to use him because after chapter 4 or so I find him to be a lackluster unit. He has more depth than any other character in the game, and is the only one out of all of them that actually acts like a soldier. Soldiers are not unfeeling, boring, super 100% serious people every second of every day. Just when it comes to duty. If he were an unpromoted unit at the start with the same stats, I'd use him from the start of the game until the very end. If he didn't have the stats I don't see how Lunatic+ could be accomplished.
  10. Love Armsthrift and Astra, with ignis coming in 3rd. After that, probably sol or renewal (depending on the character.) Combination of those i try to put on everyone
  11. I tended not to use most of the 1st gen, other than MU and Chrom/Sumia. The kids were just too much better.
  12. I guess i felt they were suboptimal because some characters so far outshine others that it's ridiculous. For example half the time I feel like Kjelle/Yarne don't need to be on the field because noire/laurent and owaine/severa handle it all (and my owaine doesn't even have galeforce, since i didn't know how ability passdowns worked. Lucina also didn't have galeforce)
  13. So my first runthrough I think most of my pairings ended up a little suboptimal. I didn't look at any guides, and knew nothing about the game, so when it came time to pair I put people together without knowing much about what I was doing. I didn't realize that classes passed down, etc. For my next runthrough, I'm wanting a manakete morgan, for two galeforce manaketes, but I'm not sure how to pair up the rest of them so I would get some good pairs out of it, and which asset and flaw to use for the aforementioned pairing. I'm also uncertain of how experience works with class changes. Is the increased experience based on how many times you class change, or based on how many levels in various classes you have? I don't currently have any of the DLC but I do plan to get them at some point. Thank you for your time.
