    Agreed, I'm planning on forceing myself through both generations soon( and by that I mean that long boring desert chapter). The game is good, don't get me wrong, but I'm just curious as to why so many people see it as the best in the series. seriously tho, chapter 7 is the reason I put down this game.

    Okay you've sold me on Lex, Next time i play this game, I'll put more effort into him but Azel always seemed to be better faster so I always wound up using him. Seriously tho, Is there any use for Arden other than castle defense?

    When does he get the Brave axe, not that it matters considering he gets one-rounded in Chapter 1(girl of the spirt forest) by basic enemies and two rounded in the Prolouge so yeah, I would say he's useless. And I'm not saying the game sucks, I was just curious as to why plenty of people see this as the best in the series and it sorta came out as a rant. My bad. Its definately not my favorite but I'm not saying its a bad game

    Well, I'm going to catch some hate for this, but I find Geneology of the Holy War highly overrated. The majority of your units in the first gen(I quit at chapter 7 due to boredom) suck. Lex and Arden are both downright useless. The battle saves are easily abused. Arvis kills Sigurd for literally no reason other than to gloat. The chapters take WAY too freaking long. There is NO WAY to restart a chapter if you need too, if you battle saved over your save file. Something the game does not warn you about. There is way too much incest in this highly overrated game. And its plot is just as far fatched as Awakenings. That last bit will bring on the majority of the hate, but its the truth. Explain to me why, Quan, Ethlyn, and Finn stay in Silesse with Sigurd for a whole year before going to get reinforments, why Arvis wasn't hidden away like Deirdre, any many other small things.

    I'm so hardcore, I cleared FE Awakening on normal/casual with only spotpass Lyn and I cleared apotheosis using Donnel only in his base class also I killed off all of the Taguels. AND ASHERA is MY WAIFU

    I'll have you know I reached the Dragon in FE7 and Eliwood only died 20 times.

    Turns out that Java on my computer seriously needed an update. Why there was no indication this was the problem at all, I don't understand, but hey,FEditor works now! thaks for your contrabutions anyway

    I got Windows 7 so sercurity shouldn't be a concern FEditor can run on Windows 7 right, I know Nightmare will at least

    I would perfer to use FEditor too cause it(from what little I've seen) seems easier to use, but my computer down right refuses to run it for reasons I cannot understand. So tonight I've got someone I trust who's good with computer's coming to help me get it running. hopefully we'll get it running but if not I'll need an alternative.

    I always knew Chris had problem heck, Mark just outright disapears in all 3 of his endings in FE7. He possibly/improbably wound up thru the dragon's Gate and in Archenea. Why, well why not. then if you leave Ninian unpaired she becomes your Waifu

    Yeah In starting to come to that conclusion myself. I can't decide if its legal to use allies as meat shields. No weapons equipped obviously. Thoughts?

    My headcanon which is most likely bullcrap is that there are 2 FE universes. One (which I call the Kagaverse) features Archenea, Valentia, and Jugdral, and a second one containing Magvel, Elibe, and Tellius. travel between the two is possible thru the dragon's/Outrealm gate but both are completely seperate universes otherwise. Alternate versions of these two verses exist to allow for every possible pairing and headcanon to be canon. In other words, no 2 players play thru the exact same events.

    Topic Since Feditor seems to downright refuse to run on my computer I'm stuck with Nightmare so I was wondering if its possible to say replace Eirika in FE8 with Lyn or something similer in FE6 If not could you aid my trobles with FEeditor on the thread I made last night

    well, this makes Elibe an addition to the confusing timeline spot list. Not as bad as Magvel or Tellius(espescilly Magvel) but still confusing. Though this make it possible for the degeneration and the Ending winter to be the same event. Dragons flee thru time portal, arrive in prdegeneration Archenea say 3000 years earier, assume its a differnt world due to being on a differnt continent, scouring occurs again with a new ending winter to match, thus degeneration occurs.

    Its one of the Many reasons I don't care for FE6. Tho its not my least favorite FE its definitely among them. That's a topic for another time however I do find it hallarious that FE 7 is my favorite FE while I dont care for Binding Blade at all.

    I always pair Lyn and Eliwood on normal playthroughs so unless I get a good reason otherwise the distribution will Lyn and Eliwood-A Lyn and Hector-B Eliwood and Hector- B Also the unpaired ending CGI would be highly symbolic so my distribution will ALWAYS be made to show that CGI The one with the three Lords celbrating their victory, is any better pic for this

    And Deke isn't just Ogma in a blue suit. Marcus and Jagen are brothers and Rutger and Navarre aren't related I could keep pointing out all the FE6 characters with resemblance to Archenea but I'd be here all night
