You're over thinking it imo. I agree with you that it was intended, but not for that reason. I'd bet that the actual reasoning for it is that they wanted more of legal age "8 year old girls". XD

I might be wrong as I've never had the chance to play awakening yet, I don't think you could reclass characters(male or female) to manakete in the first place. Makes it quite irrelevant to say that it is, since it's more of a "x character only" class. No point in arguing about this though lol.

Feels like there isn't enough info to make a decent guess tbh. But from seeing like 2 seconds of her from the trailer, I guess she's one of those "mai waifu" characters designed to be cutesy, shy and clumsy. I hope there's more to her than that, would be a boring character if i guessed correctly.. (Mai cute little maid waifu sorta character >_>)

I hope biorhythm never comes back, I always forget about it lol. I don't want the removal of some tools in harder modes like in radiant dawn, e.g. you can't see the movement and attack range of enemy units.

I'd like to see this too, but I don't really care either ways. feels like some irrelevant feature in the game. Also I don't think manaketes are gender locked in the first place, Iirc the first recruitable one was a male manakete.

Yeah, that's why I want a bundle, Don't have one either. Interesting choice of favorite FE considering you don't have a 3DS lol. That would be nice if they make a Nohr and/or Hoshidan theme, Hopefully they don't go with the "FE Blue" though as we already have the awakening version.
