  1. I'm referring to support conversations, not support levels themselves. Think Shadow Dragon. The conversations are just for character/world-building; they don't effect gameplay. My Room might be more optional than Amie, but my original point still stands: the optionality is irrelevant.
  2. To me, the inclusion of "bad" (to put it in general terms) features clearly lowers the quality of the game overall, even if they're optional. Why? Consider this question: does the removal of optional, good features lower the quality of the game? For example, would removing support conversations in FE make it a worse game (since support convos don't effect gameplay)? I hope the answer is clearly yes. Then, why doesn't the removal of optional, bad features raise the quality of the game? The fact that it's optional doesn't matter here. All that matters is that it's included (and advertised!) The fact that you don't have to participate in questionably intimate contact with your 12-year-old sister doesn't erase the fact that you can. EDIT: Although, I suppose this isn't an issue if you like Amie. In that case, ignore this post. For me, I find it completely unnecessary and cringe-worthy at the S-rank.
  3. I'm wayyyyyy more creeped out by Kamui's supports with his Nohr siblings than anything else. Like ... he thought they were his actual siblings until a few months/weeks ago? Except for Camilla, who apparently has always obsessed over Kamui. And yes, Kamui's Hoshido sibling supports make it seem as though he is knowingly participating in a sketchy relationship. I think S-supports should have been locked until some plot event which revealed he's not related to them, instead of "whoops we're in love -- oh wait, we're not related!"
  4. I'm a stickler for dark chocolate - I can't stand sweet chocolate (around 70-80% dark is about right for me). I'll eat any chocolate that's bitter and not sweet, as long as it's not TOO bitter.
  5. I've always thought the interpretation is purposely vague. Vincent's thinking is probably the norm, but iirc Donnel and Olivia's support is about Naesala and Leanne, in the form of a song. Which would make the events of PoR/RD ... mutually fictional.
  6. Welcome to the forest! Heh, Shadow Dragon was my first FE game (and I'm glad it was, I think it might have been a little hard going from Awakening to the bare-bones SD). But regardless, I think you'll fit in fine here.
  7. I doubt they could make it much better, since that would most likely involve significant changes/additions to the script. (If Radiant Dawn is to judge, though, they can make it worse :P)
  8. Wow, you're pretty brave with your personal information. Anyways, welcome to the forest! I'm sure you'll fit in.
  9. Why not just burn your house down and move to Siberia? EDIT: Since, you know, no spiders in northern Siberia.
  10. Hey, welcome to the forest! I think you'll be fine. ewwwww French
  11. Wood tables/chairs, preferably. Not too much stuff (I get distracted easily). Lamps. Lots of lamps, no ceiling lights. Something like that.
