Search change emunand region in google it look complicate but actually it pretty easy if u just want jp emunand for dlc then ignore the clear garbage file/delete title id

not validate mean your rom and xorpad not match it and dlc will work if you change emunand region to jp ( i already did that and it work ) i pm you something try that it should work since it work on my friend too but you need 9.7 emunand ( 9.7 + only )

did u try bobsung method it really easy ( download xorpad from somewhere else and use legit dump / clean rom ) but anyway after i know how decrypt9 work it pretty easy too but i won't bother doing that anymore also now require 3ds jp for running dlc ( it used to work with my us emunand but not anymore with this but after region swap it working again )

Thanks man you just save me the headache it working now but on my friend it not working maybe it not a clean rom? ( i dump my own cart to .3ds )

How to create proper xorpads anyway? In this https://github.com/archshift/Decrypt9/that u recommand i go in that site and none of tutorial found there i try to use another program to create xorpads but i only get 3 of them i don't get a Main.exefs_7x file from it any idea?
