Actually, I feel like I should explain how the series works. Basically yes, they're all about as related as FF games are, but there are several sub-series within which can be kind of hard to follow for anyone new to the series. The Legend of Heroes 1 & 2 (Dragon Slayer 1 & 2) are related to each other. The Legend of Heroes 3, 4, and 5 (White Witch, Tear of Vermillion and Song of the Ocean, respectively) are also related to each other. In the fandom they're commonly referred to as the Gagharv trilogy. And then the Kiseki/Trails in the Sky series, which makes up all the entries in the series after 5, are all related to each other as well. Unlike the Gagharv trilogy where the relation mostly consists of a few recurring characters and some thematic similarities, the Kiseki games are all very closely connected. None of these sub-series within the main series are related to each other. Now, fair warning: Bamco butchered the Gagharv trilogy pretty bad (horrible localization, altered the gameplay specifically for the American release (and made it suck)), so even if you've played them and thought they were bad, don't let that stop you from at least looking into Trails in the Sky. And with that, it's time for me to disappear again.

All I'm really seeing here is RFoF blatantly ignoring the facts that Serra >>>>>> Priscilla. Priscilla has a small Mov advantage? Nice, because that really comes in handy when you have bottom tier durability. Serra having a huge level lead, being able to fight for several chapters while Priscilla can't and always having the statistical edge makes her a significantly better unit. Serra consistently outshines Priscilla the entire game. 1 spot on a tier list is preposterous, Priscilla needs to move down or Serra should go up to... oh wait, there isn't a higher tier. Guess Priscilla has to move down. Also, Inui can be sort of elitist sometimes (not as much lately), but wow @ saying he's the one who won't go far if he retains his current attitude. If that's how we're playing it, you guys will be the crazy conspiracy theorists locked up in asylums swearing the world is crazy for not seeing an alien invasion is underway and that America is clearly helping them.

Actually, the team would just prefer to bench Lyn. Why waste 20k on giving your team a bleh unit and robbing it of a better unit? Where is the logic behind that? Anyways, not unlike what you did with Crimson_Edge, I've decided I won this debate several posts ago but you guys just refuse to acknowledge it, so I'll stop responding since it's not worth my time anymore. You fought well guys, but it looks like I win in the end. Ah, I'm really digging this mentality, it's no wonder you guys adopted it so long ago.

What are you trying to say, that Guy won't be 20/0 before chapter 27? I'm at a loss for words here. I can offer you an acronym, though: LOL It's 17 Mt against 21 Mt, but nevermind that. You're either attacking a lance wielder or a magic user in this comparison, I don't see why you'd do that. And Karel still doesn't have a monopoly on the Light Brand at all, I don't know where you're getting that from. Lyn fan: A horse+Lances >>> Bows. Lyn's durability still sucks, Eliwood becomes even more durable and offensively better. The team clearly wants Eliwood to promote more.

That's just so wrong. Eliwood gaining lances = gaining 1-2 range and neutral WT against the majority of enemies, and he gains 4 HP, 2 Str, 1 Spd, 1 Def, 3 Res, 2 Mov and 2 Con. That is so much better than Lyn's promotion it isn't even funny.

Going by that logic, what right does KArel have to take it off Guy when he's 242498797x better than Karel? lol And how does it not suck. Attacking from a range with it halves the attacker's Str and it targets Res. The only enemies Karel would use it against are magicians and lance users wielding a Javelin. In fact, it really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really sucks.

You're not entirely off, actually. See, the Light Brand really, really sucks, and Isadora can use it too.

If you're referring to WJC's arguments about Hardin and those two other Cavaliers, that's not even the same thing. Btw, you just don't understand me and Inui's logic so we're automatically right no matter what you say. Hm, I could get used to this attitude, it makes for easy victories.

Lolfunds And what is this strange argument I'm hearing? I've never heard anything about Erk having to be 2x better than Pent all the time because Pent costs much less. You're just making this shabby logic up on the spot because it happens to suit your anti-Farina arguments.
