This. I understand that marriage of first degree cousins might be uncomfortably close for a lot of people, but it is not incest. For that reason, I also doubt that NoA will change them from first degree cousins to "family friends." Marriage between first cousins is not even considered incest (under family law) in a majority of America's States (plus, Genesis seems to endorse it--ala Isaac and Rebeca). States that define marriage of first degree cousins as incest are: North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wisconsin.
