It was said earlier that Lazward's Azure Dance skill stacks with the Rally skills. Does anyone know if the same applies for Shigure's Tuning skill? He has two inherent rallies (Rally Speed and Rally Resistance), plus whatever else he gets from his father, his buddy, and his wife. If they do stack with Tuning, then Shigure would be a much more effective rallybot, allowing his allies to recover HP and get higher stats simultaneously. Plus, he already has access to a flying class for even more efficiency.

I think I just figured out how to bring Midoriko's Luck-based skill activation rates to 100%. Mozume!Midoriko has a neutral Luck modifier (+0). This is unfortunately as high as she can go (without Kamui as a mother), but it will do. If Midoriko marries Kisaragi or Shigure, she can reclass into Golden-Kite Warrior via Marriage Seal, bringing her Luck cap to 34. She can wield bows, like Anna's Lucky Bow (which grants Luck +5). Luck becomes 39. If Mozume A+'s Oboro, reclasses to Basara, and builds up an A-support with Midoriko, then Midoriko's Luck becomes 45 when paired up with her mother, Mozume. Midoriko equips the skills Flamboyant (obtainable through inheritance via Mozume's A+ with Oboro), Hoshido (sadly only available through the Logbook in this case), and Luck Drain (DLC). Together with her personal skill, Lucky Charm, Midoriko's total activation rate shoots up to a whopping 90%. And when she kills 5 enemies, it climbs even higher to 100%. This is perfect for skills whose activation rates are based around Luck: they will always trigger. On that note, does damage from Extravagance stack?

Sorry to just jump in like this, but weren't the Twelve Heroes the child characters (Lucina, Owain, etc.)?

Hmm... A class with a puppeteer promotion does sound a bit risky, but if it's Herb Merchant, then Aqua can nab Household Cure, allowing her to heal herself and then dance or attack or something. Additionally, both Aqua and Kamui could get Puppet Break, dealing more damage against the almost inevitably popular Copycat Puppet. And what of Shigure? Should he be attack, or support? With access to classes like Rod Knight and Nohr Prince, as well as a +MAG father, he could be viable for either (especially with his personal skill). Might be Kamui be able to pass down Copycat Puppet for "two-healers-for-the-price-of-one" shenanigans? Thanks for the help, and apologies for all of the questions.

Interesting. I was already thinking about Spellcaster for a offense-oriented Aqua (and because Breaking Sky for Kamui), but I'm not really sure I want to lose all support-based options. For support Aqua, all I can think of is A+ Elise, use Battle Command, Servant's Joy, Sun God, Voice of Peace, and Foreign Princess on Aqua as a Falcon Warrior; however, that doesn't make use of her hubbie's class via Marriage Seal. I'm sure whatever class she COULD use would be a vast improvement to what I have. And what you recommended for offense Aqua seems like it would work quite well, considering that she has dodgetank potential and some not-too-bad Skill growths. Hmm... Any advice from anyone is welcome.

I've heard a bit of debate over who's better for Ryouma with the candidates of Elise and Camilla. If you don't mind my asking, TheWerdna, what makes Elise the better Nohrian partner for the aforementioned Lobster Lord?

I'm bit new here on the forums, and out of pure curiosity, I had a couple of questions regarding optimization in Fates, so I thought this would be the place to ask. 1) When Fates comes to America, I'm almost certainly going to choose Aqua as my waifu. What would be the best class for my planned +MAG -DEF Avatar to choose to ensure that Aqua is as close to being optimized as possible, yet still allowing him to wreck face? Also, would it be possible for that class to bring Shigure as close to "best" as he can get? 2) In the Invisible Kingdom path, I hear it is possible for the royals of Nohr and Hoshido to marry among each other (Ryoma x Camilla, Marx x Hinoka, et cetera). What would be the most optimized pairings between the two families? I recall a question like this maybe 10-ish pages back, but I can't remember if it was answered or not. Sorry about the waves of questions, and thanks in advance.
