Darn, does that include the third route aswell? I could live without the other dlc but the third route is pretty big ;'(
The third route isn't included yet. Sorry.
We'll translate the third route and add the chapter to our future releases.

A: If you reinstall the game, the first page of saves will be wiped.The saves on the second and third pages (one page for each additional path you have),
however, are stored on your SD card and will be kept.

also, i'm here to say that i've spotted some points in chapter 6 where dialogue cuts off when i've sided with hoshido as FeMui (not sure if dialogue changes depending on gender, will check for that as well.) I'll post pictures shortly to show where this happens.

right now, there's no way to add subtitles to the Cinematic Cutscenes.I just had a thought. What will you guys do for the cinematic cutscenes? As far as I know, they are only voice acted. Will you add subtitles, or just leave them as is? Just wondering.
I guess we need to modify the script-files (.cmb) inside of the "rom:/scripts/" path. There's no way to do that yet :/

Oh one more question, is using spotpass and online stuff okay? or will it brick the 3ds or something?
Hahaha, don't sorry! You CAN use online stuff and spotpass without problems.
But be careful, never go online with public headers (.3ds files).
CIA files doesn't have this Problem. They use your 3ds AS private header.

The DLC works fine with the .3ds patched but not with the .cia. I have no idea why though.

Just delete the "Banner.bin" inside of the Patch/exe-folder try it again

So basically if (hypothetically) I use the .3ds instead of .cia for the patch on Gateway, the third path dlc will work? And by work, I mean show up on the menu?
Sorry, if that's a really stupid question, I'm new to this kind of thing.

One a separate note would you happen to have any experience with using ReiNand?
Our patch should run on ReiNAND as well. I haven't tried ReiNAND yet because there's no stable build for N3DS right now.
If you have any questions about ReiNAND or anything like this, please ask for help at GBATemp for it.

Hmmm tried to make a Cubic Ninja CIA for a test run and it shows the icon for half a second then disappears from the 3DS home menu. When you start the CIA inside of FBI, it will start then crash a few seconds later.
hmm... you don't have made a Regionfree CIA then.
Try it again and choose to make a regionfree-cia. Otherwise get a Regionfree-Homebrew like "YGW Eshop and Region Spoofer".
If it's not working again, your CIA is corrupted and you made something wrong.

Is anyone having trouble reaching the patch download? When selected, the red bar around the mega symbol reaches about 95% and then collapses to a grey background with a black circle with smaller white circles rotating and it's not seeming to go anywhere beyond there?
Which Browser are you using?
Have you tried a different Browser?

you need a modified EmuNAND to play it on your 3DS. You need a japanese EmuNAND.How do you get the dlc for the third path to work on the special edition .cia for Gateway?

We won't give support to this because it's not supported with our patch yet.

Just dump your Retail Cartridge and create a patched CIA with our Patcher.So i managed to get a N3DS 9.0.0-20-E, Cubic Ninja and have Pasta CFW, FBI and BigBlueMenu installed. I will have the Special Edition physical version coming to me hopefully today or tommorow.
What is the best way to install this patch?
Install it with FBI and play it! :D
Yes, that's right.i find it funny that the translation of the routes is matching my pace. i mean, i've just beat 12 in both routes... : (
oh well. thanks for this! also, question, what's the actual schedule for these patches? i imagine the priority is finishing the main story of both routes, then invisible kingdom, followed by paralogues, then support conversations alongside misc stuff like skinship text and level up quotes... and lastly DLC.
that's it, right?
Finished the two main-routes is our highest priority now.
After this, we'll translate the paralogues and the suppport dialogues.

Some time ago, we've released our first Translation Patches for Fire Emblem If, the Menu Patch and the two Chapter Patches.
But today, we want to introduce our Chapter Patch [v3.0]!Current Progress: All paths completed, Invisible Kingdom currently being fixed, DLC and Supports being translated. Approximately 10% of supports are publicly available.

Many of you asked how I can play it on my Nintendo 3DS.
I'll explain some methods now.
This Method works on every EUR/US/JAP Consoles with Firmware 9.2 or lower(Regionfree plugin needed)

A No, this Patch is completely free :) You don't need to pay for it.

A: We're working on a Patch which works by using the HomebrewLauncher using *Hax 2.5.
I have Firmware 9.3 or higher, can I play the Translation Patch?!?!EINSELF?!YO GUYS,
some of you already have seen the new 2.7 *Hax Smea released a few minutes ago, huh?!
This *Hax will probably allow using Romhacks, like our Fire Emblem Fates Fantranslation, up to Firmware 10.7!
Don't forget that you'll need a retail Copy of the game to get the Fantranslation to work! -
