Probably, the only thing that is exclusive exclusive so far is the Camilla promo. Yes, they showed pictures of it on the stream and it suits that purpose as well.

Play mats are usually made out of the same material as mousepads but are a little bit thinner. You can go a local magic/vanguard/yugioh store and try out the playmats there (specially the vanguard) ones to see what they're like.

In the stream Kawade than Yamada and Kozaki and then Izuka spent the entire the entire time opening up packs trying to pull the six SR+'s in this set (Azura/Azura/Flora/Ike/Black Knight/Mia). Best way to get a signed Mia is to get it directly through a Japanese auctioner, or see if you can preorder it from one of the guys that post here.

Set 1 had two R+ that were signed (Robin and Lissa), Set 2 had zero and Set 3 is going to have zero as well. And I'm praying for a zerker Sakura.

SR+ for this set are Black Knight/Mia/Ike/Azura (H)/Azura (n)/Flora. The last two If/Fates Srs are Kamui (H/f) and Kamui (N/M) Big take away is that there's going to be a ton of merchandise for Cipher and FE in general at Comiket. Awakening getting a second set is to entice the players who bought the original set/awakening fans to continue to buy in. Japanese TCGS tends to introduce new factions but at the same time they bring back old factions so those players with older cards continue to buy in and intermix their cards and not have to completely buy into a new set. It's not about fairness to fans of the games, it's about making a healthy card game that can survive.
