I think a remake combination of the two games would be amazing. Saving Lives - In the kids run, parents are either do old, ill, or dead to help. Like Eliwoods wife who died several years before the game starts if memory serves. But give us a chance to save some of the old characters like Jaffar/Nino Also. Tactician. Give us our own personal character. (Why do you look like Marc/Morgan? HMMMMMMMMMMM!). Add new child unit for our Tactician and have them meet an unfortanate end between the two games where their kid becomes the new tactician for the army. More supports. Some chars deserved endings and supports with one another. While we know guys/girls wanna talk and hook up, i want to see same gender convos as friendships deepen. Come on, who doesnt want to see Maribelle and Tharja supports? Or Lyn wanting to spar with Karla? The tricky part would be the kids themselves. Would they stay 'true' to the games or change classes depending on mommy and daddy? I mean how the hell does hector produce a mage?! Meh...take this with a grain of salt though. FE6 Characters - Another tricky thing. Do you simply make some of the characters introduced related to the previous cast or introduce new kids to run around? Thats a lot of characters. Awakening Kids- Why the hell not? We already had three jump to a different world. Cynthia, Kjelle, and Gerome would make good guest characters.

While I'm more for NinianxEliwood (roy find a damn dragonstone! =P), and LynxHector, I can under stand the arguments for most of the other supports. Rath was just...to bloody uninteresting for me, but i can respect where people come from. They hail from the same place and want Sue to have a badass mom (though Sue doesnt follow the tradition of daughters having lin somewhere in there name like a certain mage...). I can even see HectorxFarina. Their personalitys have a certain meshing to it. But where the hell did FlorinaxHector come from?! I mean we have a girl as shy as Olivia with her ENTIRE chain trying to thank him. Seriously, how did this happen and how/why didnt lyn stab hector for trying to get close to her favorite pegasus buddy? Only support I just REALLY cant see happening beyond the lolwut. Maybe someone can explain to me why this pairing is so popular beyond that they are polar opposites. And their adorkable meeting. Also...Lyn. The only reason I have a hard time seeing her with anyone other then the two lords is that she just gives up her grandfathers country. Or what ever they call it in the game. Those endings seem...too bloody irresponsible for something for Lyn to pull off. Yes she loves her original home alot, but she never struck me as someone who would chose that kind of path. Granted there could be a lot of background stuff that happens to lead to the decision but...I dont know, is anyone else feeling me on this?

Hmm...so, I'm the only who thinks that there is a posibility that the Avatar reverts to who they were just before Grimas shenanigans caused them to lose their memory huh? I guess I didn't explain it well...go figure what happens when its late. And time travel is a pain.

Spoilers ahead if you havnt beaten the game and the title isnt a dead give-away. You. Have. Been. Warned. So if you complain you get no cookies! Anywhom. So near the end game Naga gives us the intel that big n'bad Grima can only be perma killed (cause the douchbag has HIS game set to casual) is if the Avatar blasts the git dragon with its own dark power (cause the dragon is a cheating dastard). Now Naga says that if the avatar does this, they are more then likely going down with the dragon. The ending shows this to be the case. Physically. However! Before the game began and Grima tried to mind warp our precious Avatar (Grima we do NOT ship you with our avatar as soul buddies! We got enough ship-to-ship battles as is) the Avatar was their own person with their own feelings, and if we are to believe some of the hints in the game, the future grima with future avatars body apparently didnt make the same connections they did as our mind wiped Avatar. What if the Avatar did indeed come back, but it wasnt our avatar, but past avatar who has no memories of the past 2 years when they were first found by Chrom? The fact the Avatar survives at all seems to be a miracle, but is all as well as people believe? Thoughts?

No game console is worth aquiring only one game. Eventually you will get bored and want to move on. Now is it a good first game to get? Yes. This game saved the fire emblem series from extinction so you got to give it some credit. It has some plotholes, but its cast is entertaining and its got good gameplay/replay value. If you want a 3DS, consider also aquiring perhaps a zelda game, pokemon, smash, and maybe even starfox or kirby.

While possibly true, its odd then that Grima doesnt take more advantage of this as he could yank more reinforcements from time and space as he can easily dominate risen. More importantly methinks the dark lord of Dragons may not be able to either use the gate, or use it very well since his botched entry actually made it possible for Grima to get his sorry hide wasted permanetly.
