I got the English translated DLC for Invisible Kingdom to work on the Gateway, if you need help just message me and I will tell you how I got it to run! :)

I imported the CIA for the patched Invisible Kingdom, and it was still in Japanese. Am I doing something wrong? I am using a Gateway 3DS.
