  1. Ah, while I'm here, I was hoping someone more skilled in hacking than me could help me figure out what to do. I managed to extract the files for the IK from a .cia (the extractor I used had an option specifically made for extracting Fates DLC), but the files are split into two separate folders. "DecryptedRomFSPartition3" and "DecryptedRomFSPartition4". Both folders have the same files in them: A "local" folder with several folders from the game's data (GameData, m, movie, Scripts) and an fst.bin. When I put the files into the .romfs I'm using to run this patch, nothing changes (and the files replace themselves. IE: The files from Partition4 would replace the files from Partition3 if both were put in). Does someone know what I'm supposed to do with these? Is it even possible to use them with HANS and browserhax?
  2. I used to be encountering that. Did you put the .romfs file in a "hans" folder directly on the root of your SD card?
  3. I managed to get a .cia with all the DLC in it, and I managed to extract the files from it so I could put them in my romfs. But, when I extracted the files, I got two different folders that seem to contain the same files. So, basically, I have no idea what to do next. Maybe trying to do this on a 10.3 N3DS was a bad idea. Heheh.
  4. That ISO site? Hm. Guess I'm gonna have to do some searching around. After all, you can't link me to the site or tell me what site it is, because that's illegal. Heheh.
  5. Use this tutorial: and you can get the patch running with browserhax (and HANS) on 10.3.
  6. Ah, I see. I was just asking for clarification, I didn't think it was something I could do. Heheh. EDIT: I updated my patch to the newest one, but nothing seems to be different. All the supports I've tried (and believe me, I had a lot on backlog) were still in Japanese, and no descriptions (which I assume means, like, chapter descriptions and stuff) are too. Did I just do something wrong?
  7. Decrypt and patch DLC? What does that mean? You could just use smealum's homebrew and HANS to patch the game into English. That's what I'm doing, and it works for 9.8/9.9.
  8. Ah. So, once this new version of Gateway comes out, would that allow me to download the DLC (probably with some other things downloaded alongside it)? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I'm understanding you right. Heheh.
  9. Based on what I looked up regarding those terms (I had no idea what sysnand and emunand meant), if sysnand means what I think it means (the version is running off your console instead of the SD card or something), I believe I'm running 10.3 sysnand. And if I'm correct, there's no way to use Gateway on 10.3, right? Or is there still a way to do this whole DLC business? Again, I'm running smealum's homebrew (browserhax to be specific), if that helps/hurts anything.
  10. EDIT: Well, I fixed my original problem (i used ctrtool instead of RomFS Extractor, and that's why the character sprites on the field and the talk portraits weren't showing up), but now I have another question. Is there anyway to download the DLC campaigns (the third path and the Hoshido path for Conquest/Nohr path for Birthright) using HANS and the *Hax 2.5 method? I can get the game running just fine, I just want to know if downloading the DLC campaigns is possible. I'm currently using a US New 3DS on version 10.3 if that affects anything.
