  1. TakumixSetsuna did make several missions laughably easy, but once I got Kiragi I stopped using them. I eventually gave up on getting all of the children, and chose instead to just beat the game so I could move on to Conquest. 'sides, Revelations will be final save anyway, so I might as well save all my desire to grind for that. I wonder, once I've completed all three routes on Hard, which I'll dare to play on Insane.
  2. Let us know when you beat it then. Just be sure you're fielding the units that will give you the best chance of success. When I did it on Hard/Classic, I fielded only MaMU and Sophie. Of course, I'd been doin' this strat' so long that Sophie was grossly over-leveled and capable of handling the map with Guard Stance support and good unit placement. Also, due to only using units I knew could survive, I never had to reset because of accidental deaths. I realize this is not the case for you, but don't think you need to fill every unit slot. If a unit keeps dying or isn't pulling its weight, drop it. If one couple, always in Guard Stance, can beat the mission on a higher difficulty, then you can do it with whatever amount of units maximizes your chance of success, whether that's 15 or 2.

If you've any weak units in your line up, Scarlet/Reina as ferries can allow you to mitigate far more damage than any staff-wielder could (though Silence applied properly would do wonders in your specified case). I'd never turn down a ferry unit just because "I already have one". I'd want as many as slots allow.
  4. To second Thor Odinson, I fielded Scarlet as a ferry on Endgame, and she hadn't even leveled once. Paradropping is a powerful strat' in FE:Fates, so she'd certainly be more than powerful enough as is so long as you kept her in the back.

FloraxMaMU(Ninja) Master Ninja Sol, Aether, Resistance +2, Replicate, Kunaifaire Think this unit could tank well enough to get use out of her personal, or is there a better class for MaMU to bestow (I'm very partial to Replicate and kunai debuffs)? I want to make her tanky as possible. Alternately, what about this? (+SKL/-LUC)FeMU!Soleil Nohrian Trust, Hoshidan Unity, Replicate, Draconic Hex, (Warp/Trigger Skill) supported by (")FeMU Replicate, Aegis, Pavise, Sol, Aether.
  6. Try using HP/Defense/Resistance Tonics on units able to handle both types of damage well, or make use of Rescue or Silence staves.
  7. Do you not have a good ninja or high RES character leveled for dealing with mages? If not, you can always ride in (Silas?), kill a mage, and then rescue staff them out, depending on how many staff uses you have left. Someone wielding Guard Naginata may also be helpful. I didn't read your recent posts, but you could just not repeat yourself, instead of replying.
  8. I used Scarlet and Reina to fly around the map, avoiding all the enemies, and to land Sophie to do almost all the damage, while finishing him with Scarlet (Hand Axe) in a single round. To be fair, I tried tanking the map, but the endless waves of fliers made that a losing prospect. I finally just used paratrooper strat's.

  10. Do we know what skills still work while supporting another unit in Guard Stance? I was wondering if things like Malefic Aura, for example, worked in the interest of designing support-oriented units.
