  1. Finally on Chapter 27 of Conquest. Just this one and the Endgame left I think. It's almost over. The boss doesn't look TOO scary, though the level itself does seem pretty tough. I think I'll try to recruit a couple more children and then I'll go for the last stretch.
  2. That moment when you clear chapter 21 of Conquest in 5 turns by dumping Corrin on to Camilla and then just flying your way to victory since the enemies do like 3 damage to her. I was literally rolling on my bed with tears in my eyes. Camilla too OP. IS please nerf.
  3. Yup you face a whole army of Kitsune, with the added gimmick of basically being able to hit many of them only every two turns (don't know if it was the same in Birthright). And yes, Camilla is a beast. Actually, all of the royals are, since they have very good base stats and really solid growths.
  4. Conquest chapter 19 could have gone SO VERY wrong for me since I have a ton of mounted units in my team... Fortunately, Beastbane doesn't seem to affect fliers and so Camilla could sweep the enemies with Effie. I think the two of them killed something like 75% of the enemies by themselves. Thanks girls.
  5. So the first DLC batch is here. But I decided that I would complete my first Conquest Hard/Classic run without cheating so I'm only going to grab the Beach Brawl for the lols. Now, back to recruiting children...
  6. I only realized after I promoted her to General in chapter 17 how much of a powerhouse Effie is : her javelins are basically nuclear warheads. I'm pretty sure she's the one with the highest attack in my team, and by far. That's if you don't count my Corrin though, that with 26 base speed + bonuses doubles everything and everyone to oblivion.
  7. My Corrin paired up with Gunter was tanky enough to surive one turn without too much trouble, especially if I used a curative on the side where I was less surrounded. The fact that I could double almost everyone except the Ninjas and the fact that I had the Kodachi from the first escape chapter (to counter the ninjas) also really helped.
  8. Well, Conquest chapter 15 definitely made it easy to promote my Corrin. I went from level 16 to 20, promoted, and then almost gained another level before the chapter was over, all while racking up nice stat booster items. Thanks game.
  9. I'm pretty sure that Dodge is crtitical evade, yes. Also, if you're talking about Conquest, I love how they programmed the archer to not be baited out of the entrap range (I haven't tried with a flier though, for obvious reasons). Wow, that must have been intense for you... When you can, you should dedinitely build him a statue in the Castle!
  10. That seems the most sensible choice, thanks. Weapons in Fates have infinite durability. They don't break, except for staves and tomes.
  11. So, does anyone know if the smithy is a worthwhile investement, money-wise? Because buying extra weapons to enhance those you already have seems pretty costly, especially in Conquest with limited money...
  12. Seeing your characters thrown across half of the map by consecutive Lunges is always funny, even when it ends in tragedy. Fortunately, Ninjas are pretty tankable, even with their annoying debuffs.
  13. Thank God chapter 11 of Conquest was (almost) a joke, because after that mad mad adrenaline rush that was chapter 10 I really needed a breather (screw you Takumi). I also have no idea on who to marry, I think I'll just wait a bit more to see all of my options...
