Don't know for sure, sorry, but probably rounded down; I can't think of a single instance in all of Fire Emblem where approximation is rounded up.

Sometimes I wonder what IS is thinking when they include terrible units like FE6 Sophia, FE 10 Lyre, Leonardo, etc etc.
So I was wondering if there are any units of similar terribleness in this game. Please say no );

Sorry to be a downer, but truthfully I would much prefer Eltshan to have somehow gotten his own new artwork and DLC. Maybe a new class. Cross Knight? :3

I'm a bit confused...
Wasn't Paris meant to be the last DLC update?

You guys, I had a crazy idea...
In the world of FE9-10 Tellius, the female lead Micaiah has noted silver hair, which is apparently rare even in a world of crazy hair.
Of course, this is probably just speculation, but what if somehow, someway, if Tellius and Jugdral were connected, Micaiah was distantly related to Cigyn, Diadora, and Yuria from FE4? They all have silver hair, although members of the Freege family also have silver hair (with just a tinge of violet, it seems, in Ishtar's case).
It would explain their craptastic speed.

Disagree. Don't really like the stories too much (especially compared to FE4), and I prefer the gameplay of the SNES games. But admittedly, the GBA games are much more polished and accessible to play, in several different ways.

Yeah, I hated Laguz.
They were units that couldn't fight half the time, and whenever they could fight, they weren't much better than beorc units. Except for the laguz royals of course, but still, your other beorc units should be kicking lots of ass on their own anyways.

As long as Ilyana isn't using it, Thunder Magic is alright.

Pursuit:
15 Capacity
Can be used by any unit that can willingly engage in combat (including bow/ballista users at all times). This means staff-only units, herons, and untransformed laguz cannot use this skill, though combat laguz can still equip it.
Effect:
The user of this skill needs only 1 more point of speed, rather than 4, (after weight calculation) in order to attack twice in battle. However, all enemies now have the same requirement to attack this unit twice in battle. This effect is always in play and cannot be activated or disabled at will, like, say, Parity can. Can be negated by an enemy's Nihil/ Parity, whether the effect is beneficial or not.
The skill's mini-animation activates in battle if the user's or enemy's speed is 1-3 points higher than the opponent's.

I have literally no experience with hacking or editing, etc. But I want Sylvia to have the Knight's Ring. Missed out on it earlier in-game (This is my first playthrough), I'm at Chap. 4, and I'm not willing to restart the game for it.
If anyone knows of any program that will let me edit my save and give Sylvia the ring, provide a name or link, please. Or if you can give me some super-special code of awesome that will magically do that, that would help too. Just give me some instructions, too. I have the ZSNES emulator, if that's important.
Before anyone tells me, I HAVE tried Google.
