Hello everyone, I've just passed Harsh Command from Gunter to Nowi -- best waifu -- and i think the game isn't taking the effect into account. Not sure why that's happening, also i don't even know where to report a bug (or if i can EVEN report). Sucks it's not into effect, now im not sure which assist skill should i put on her, maybe i should go back to Rally Def.
