Well, not considering duplicates or merges, I have: 45 - 5* (4 were promoted from 4*) 57 - 4* 1 - 3* No 2*/1*. Those I send home for feathers. By this count, I have a total of 103 uniquie heroes. Total with duplicates amounts to 206, I don't know how it'll add with merges.

Hey, new kid here. I did summon. I was set on getting all four from the start, but I really just wanted Chrom the most. Instead I pulles two Xanders, two Lucinas, five Camillas until I got Chrom and I stopped there because, my orbs... (In the process I also got Azura, whom I didn't have, 5* Fae, 5* Sheena, and a duplicate 5* Cordelia). It was totally worth it.
