The spot the planted foot is planted on should not move around (no plant foot sliding). I think some of your animations seem to have this problem.

How hard would it be to add different teams?
In FE7x Ch7 there are four teams. The fourth can fight anyone else. I assume the coding isn't too bad to add more teams like that. Not sure how the AI works in terms of determining who's friendly and prioritizing who to attack based on team.

lot of cool animations that've been released since I last checked. Bow cav, t2 skeleton for somes. Wasn't there a bone axe?
-
I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard, if the functionality for not allowing certain units in certain chapters (which I imagine it will be). Conditional flags shouldn't be unusual.

Shouldn't wait be yellow, technically? Cool feature.

Mage Knights don't have a tier 1, but if you can check out the 7x classes, which will likely be used in this game if I'm not mistaken. For example, all three magics have heavy and lighter classes. http://www.bwdyeti.com/fe7x/units.html

So I downloaded the game and when I went to play it the game just doesn't open, it loads for a second and then nothing opens. I went and got fe7x on this computer too and the same thing, I'm running windows 10 on a fairly decent and new laptop, what am I doing that prevents me from even opening these XNA games.
Did you download xna
Also, the .net framework (though that's probably already on your computer)
Wow, you asked in all three places.

Yeah.. Thanks alot :)
I believe some are easier? Like take the crappy female Marisa Assasin sprite and give her head + hair.. wouldnt be that bad.?
Man... if only I can rip some of these hack and credit.. haha.
Making slight (such as giving them a different head/hair style) modifications is definitely easier, and a good place to start. I'd say go for it, you get to see results pretty quickly, you just have to stick it out for all the frames.
You've got a pretty wide selection of animations here that're free to use (with credit or permission).

By the way, do you have any plans to create a female variant for the Zweihander? Just curious.
There's one in this year's FEE3 video (that just uses the male sprite. Hair tucked into the armour, I guess).

Looks cool. I have to ask, though, will there be a confirmation button every time? Touch screen with such small squares just seems error prone. Also, would there be the option of having the ghostly buttons on the screen instead?

hmm something seems odd on my own end trying to play the beta in other words i cant quite get it running
now ive gotten fe7x to work in the past so its not a i dont have things installed for fexna to work.
basically my virus protection thinks every file is bad and tries to remove them (didnt happen with fe7x) So i turn it off download everything and run the program nothing happenes a windows never comes up nothing happens in the task manager but what does happen is a text file appears basically saying i have missing files even tho i dont
oh i should clarify i did unzip (im not a newb in the form of doing that)
Edit: nvm it wouldnt run due to no content folder and that folder only appears if i copy the xna folder rather than just taking the files in the folder and putting it in a different folder
altho the it being seen as unsafe is still an issue
I think I had this issue. Windows Smartscreen was stopping it from running. The first time, after hitting more info, and saying run anyway nothing happened, but after this new download (not sure if that was the difference maker), it ran. So I'd disable Windows Smartscreen if nothing else is working.
EDIT: lol 7x class roll. Anyways, I'm excited, time to start playing.
Serenity is implemented but the arrows still show. Also, some level ups just don't pull up the level up menu and face, but still happen. Not sure if it's because I'm pressing A, will also confirm.
It's fun so far. I like the map shakeup for Ch 2.

That sounds fun.
Is an FEXNA version still a possibility?Either way, it's been awesome seeing this project grown over the years. I still remember how exciting it was to find EN back when it had 3 tales. It'll always hold a special spot in my heart for its quality, its novelty, and how it introduced me to the world of FE hacking.

Would love to try it but when i double click the file nothing happens D:
follow all the download instructions, inclulding downloading the .NET and XNA frameworks, and extract everything?

How can i know if the game has been uptdated?
Follow this topic, check the fe7x forums, subscribe to their facebook page. I think they have a tumblr too. Any one of those should do it. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it's usually a big deal.

Oh. That's sad. I guess that Seymore lance animation I was working on won't be needed then. Should have just powered it out 2 or 3 years ago. Anyways, I hope you guys stick around and create more. It was quality stuff.

I'm still on chapter 4, i'll wait until this game is finished to fully enjoy it.
You might be waiting a while. I definitely think there's enough out as is to enjoy.
And it'll probably be long enough between now and the full release for it to feel new again. -
Is this project called Elibean or Elibian Nights? The thread title, opening splash, TV tropes page, screenshots, and paragraphs in the first post are all in disagreement.
Elibian was thought to be correct at first, but Elibean actually appears in game, so that's been used since. It also might have started as Elibean Nights.

So that's awesome. Especially if I had a daily commute in the real world. Is the implementation for different platforms very different, or will it hit iOS and Andriod at approximately the same time? Also, would sharing saves between mobile and computer be very difficult?

Download the baron sprite, navigate to the bow animation, delete the bow in your favorite image editor. Boom, done.
If they want it in FEditor form, last I checked (which was admittedly years ago), there's a bit of feditor work to do on both ends. Manageable, but not nothing.

I think you should just keep the stage left foot in the same place for the whole animation (think of his right toe being planted the whole time). There's still a little bit of an unexpected shuffle at the end because he moves his right, then left foot in two different stages in the casting, but returns both of them at once on the return. If you have it b he left foot that moves both times, only that foot is in motion on the return. Might be worth a try.
