I have 101 orbs after the laguz banner. I got two Tibarns, one Nailah, one Leanne and one Reyson. I got Sylvia, her daughter Lene, Ophelia, and Adrift F!Corrin. I sacrificed Corrin to get rally attack/speed+ on M!Corrin. Fitting eh?

I'm just curious why you have so little orbs? Haven't you been saving up for the RD and BB banners or did you end up spending them to get winter Eirika? 

I'm surprised that armours can't learn it. Does that mean IS realizes armours are too OP? 

You're going to sacrifice your only copy of Nailah? You savage! I've got -res Nailah and sadly she can't take on Reinhardt so how is she supposed to do well in AR? Stack drive res all over my AR party? 

Luckily I've got a +def Tibarn who is an absolute beast. I now need to grind enough SP to get him galeforce. Boy this guy is so much fun to use. As are Leanne and Reyson considering they can keep up with Tibarn's movement. If only Naesala could use flashing blade, I'd have two gale force users and two herons. Maybe instead I can give Naesala QP and sing him with Leanne so that she allows him to proc it after getting danced. 

I fully expect either Caineghis or Deghinsea as the mythic hero instead of Micaiah because I think the whole point of the laguz banner is to use them in aether raids as their skillset is tailor made to excel in that mode. However, Micaiah will interfere with the transformation of these laguz so instead it'd be better from a gameplay standpoint to get them instead. Also, ruler of the laguz means it's more thematically fitting to get one of these two instead. What are you more excited for? I'd rather get Deghinsea over Caineghis or Micaiah. Fight me Troy! 

Neither can I. Maybe I should wait until BB gets an official translation before calling Roy bland. 

I only beat the first chapter so I can't speak too much about his personality but I found it pretty funny that unlike all the other lords, this guy is quite confident with women. Too confident actually. Compare how he manages to flirt with Deirdre to someone like Roy or Ike getting freaked out when some girl tries to flirt with them. Or even Marth hesitating to marry Caeda despite their history together. It's pretty hilarious and shows that Sigurd isn't your typical goody two shoes FE lord. I'm asking Thany Tony to help me find an FE4 rom so can you ask him? 

So the only FE lords you are a fan of is Micaiah, Roy, Eirika and Lucina?

So Troy, you really love posting Micaiah pictures. Do you have some hidden agenda? I'm guessing you're taking advantage of her beauty to make people fall in love with her just like you ended up doing. Very cunning, I love it.  

At this point I think I know you well enough. How many orbs do you have and what are you saving them for? I have 541 orbs but I anticipate a RD! mythic hero. Probably Micaiah who I need to save orbs for but it might also be Deghinsea who I'd pull for sure as well. 

If you have H!Myrrh, she'll be a good user of that skill. 

I think giving it to Micaiah would be nice if you prefer using Micaiah for enemy phasing horses VS player phasing armours.

Just one gripe I have with your post. You have a tendency to post a lot of Micaiah pictures. Given how pretty she is, they are very distracting and it becomes hard to read your post instead of stare at them. 

BTW, what's your opinion on the Soren VS Micaiah thing? I think Soren wins because I believe he's far smarter and also is more likely to use dirty tactics while Micaiah uses them as a last resort. Don't think Micaiah's superior leadership will be a big enough advantage.

You just want a single 5 star or will you get all four characters? What about colour sniping? I'm only going for one copy of Reyson and Leanne. Nailah and Tibarn could use extra copies due to getting the correct IV and skill inheritance. I think Cherche could make good use of his A skill, what do you think? B!Ephraim makes great use of Nailah's DC. 

Not sure which character to give Nailah's B skill. Probably a raven tome user but Cecellia can't use it from what I heard.  

The length of the dragon transformation is also another reason why they can pass off as non laguz because it is more or less permanent.

Leanne>Leanne? I'm guessing Leanne>Tibarn. The waifu bias is real. So will you roll on this banner and if so, how many orbs do you plan to spend? I think I'll spend 300 orbs because the mythic hero at the end of this month could be Micaiah or Deghinsea who I'd rather have than anyone on this banner. 

I think so too because dragon laguz use breaths, not claws or beaks like the laguz do.

But the game is getting too complicated for me to constantly having to keep up especially with aether raids and the new blessings. I think these constant additions to the game make it a lot more inaccessible for new comers. Such as increased movements, certain weapon effects, Tibarn's new A skill, etc. The whole joke about Yu Gi Oh cards is becoming more and more true. I thought this being a mobile game was supposed to be more accessible but in reality this is making me want to go back to the old school FE games for their simplicity instead. 

Is it selfless enough to give free def wins? I'm guessing you're not selfless enough to give free def wins like Micaiah would.

Are there any opinions on characters where the two of you disagree with each other? For example, while the two of us like many characters, I don't like Roy while you do. 

BTW, what are your priorities? Mine is Nailah>Tibarn>Leanne>Reyson. Character wise, it is Naesala>Tibarn>Reyson>Nailah>Leanne. 

Would have liked to see Caineghis, Deghinsea or even Kurth or Skrimir because these four actually have connections to rulership instead of Leanne who has no political affinity.

I'm glad Micaiah has a higher chance of winning but I think less than two months is too soon for any character getting an alt. I think her dance prf is interesting. I thought it would be broken but since beast units will have a similar mechanic, it's probably not going to be too bad. I just hope AR introduces tools to prevent dance from being so dominating such as restricting the number of dancers on a defense team or introducing buildings that disable the use of dance. within three columns. Not going to pull for the legendary banner though. 

My Surtr is equipped with Svalin shield so armour effectiveness is shrugged off. 

BTW, my defense team has two unarmed Micaiahs. I'm giving free lift and calling myself Micaiah4CYL3 in a bid to convince people to vote for her. Are you selfless enough to give free defense wins? I got inspired by Canati. It's also thematically fitting because Micaiah is very selfless and wouldn't mind giving free lift to others. 

I think the point of that post was to say that it's okay to like something more than something else even if that something else is better. Using Micaiah was a poor example that he should and has taken back but I don't think he was trying to downplay her character. He should have used Roy, Ilyana, Sophia or Caeda instead and it would support his point better.

My CYL3 Micaiah propaganda has started. I ended up naming myself as well as making my AR defense team two defenseless Micaiahs to give free AR wins while advertising Micaiah4CYL3. 

Sounds ironic considering he literally said there are 15+ characters far better than Micaiah. I'm glad he's come to a realization that was a foolish statement to make. After all, I don't see how it promotes unity in the fandom to make such a statement when it literally created a rift between us. Nor is it really possible to prove such a bold statement. Not even Ghast can do such, let alone Mangs, let alone myself and most certainly not ThanyTony.

But I'm still wondering how this statement makes any sense: "there are 15+ characters far superior to Micaiah, even Troy can tell you that". If Micaiah is your favourite, than she is by definition superior to any other.

Well in that case, you can tell exactly what type of character Kurthnaga, Naesala and Tibarn are the moment they are introduced and all three of them end up being more developed than Caeda. Not to mention the fact you can easily miss Caeda's recruitment conversations unlike the base conversations and story dialogue with these three in particular.

Neither does Atokad even though he has +6 Caeda who is quite devastating with galeforce due to her refine allowing her to proc it in a single round of combat if the opponent strikes back.

BTW, what are some good galeforce units and team compositions? I'm thinking double fury Eldigan with heavy blade so that he can get into WoM range to stream roll the enemy with a couple of dancers. Only problem is he isn't fast even with double fury, he only has 30 speed so how should I use him. Any other good ideas. This is mainly for Aether raids. I'm taking a break from that game mode but when I come back, I want good builds so that I can have fun with player phase teams without having to worry about not getting countered or whether my unit will survive.

I have B!Celica but she only has two move and her weapon actively goes against what a galeforce user should do. Go solo. I don't have L!Ephraim or Hrid either even though Ephraim would be a beast. 

Right now, I use OG!Celica because with fury, she can drop to WoM range easily but sadly she can't use galeforce. I did manage to troll a team using her even though the defense was solid with Brave Lyn and Giga Nino along with a dancer and H!Myrrh, easily the weak link. 

Probably not some long write ups but I think this time she'll have a good chance.

I got good news, according to a recent Reddit survey, Micaiah is the most popular female pick for CYL3. Hopefully she wins but I don't think I will end up doing something to support her like I did last time. I'm going to be very busy this month.

Alright here's the reason he came off as a jerk to me. Imagine me studying hard for a 80% for a course but then some guy says, hey there are 15 people who did far better than you who got 90%+. Another analogy, imagine some guy comes up to me and says, there are many parents better than yours. Considering the number of people in the world, that is almost certainly true but it's still going to make me mad. 

Never said other characters suck. However, since he claimed there are 15+ characters far superior to Micaiah not from Tellius, if I play those games and I do not find them far superior to Micaiah, expect me to be disappointed. At the end of Mangs and MageKnight's LP, they said PoR is far superior to RD. I expected it to be so and then played it and it wasn't superior at all, let alone far superior so I was utterly disappointed. And those two have a lot more FE experience than me so I do not believe more FE experience means you have better taste or are smarter in anyway. Sure PoR is a great game but if someone wants to hype a game, they should do it reasonably or else people will get disappointed. 

That's not to say I'm superior but the point is there is no such thing as objective writing in a fictional story. What I think is objectively good writing may differ from another. Lowart analyses things in depth such as Teen Titans and Avatar the Last Airbender but he often says in his opinion, this was poor writing because....

Sure but saying stuff like Awakening, Fates and SoV are objectively terrible but people can like them is pretty cocky. It's basically implying that people who play those games have objectively worse taste than himself. I'm not a fan of those three games so I didn't bother calling him out. You should watch Deltre's videos, he's a lot better at expressing his opinions than most FE YouTubers. He doesn't go, "Fates sucks the plot is garbage". He does say it is but he does it in a reasonable way that would avoid pissing off people who might think there is some ounce of good in that game's plot. 

Also, there's a great Roy fan on Reddit who I conversed with and I think he has the right idea that I should start following as well but don't because I'm too hardheaded not to and others keep on bringing it up. 

No, you're cool but I want you to be more honest when conversing instead of having ThanyTony speak your mind for you. It's getting kind of ridiculous that he has to say you're angry or you don't think Micaiah is that great or whatever. Are you scared of me?  

But I do think deep down inside video games, manga, anime, etc. are a huge waste of time.

He made a bold claim and I rejected it. I have the right to reject a claim I don't agree with regardless of how experienced the person who made the claim is compared to me. Going by your logic, people shouldn't ever criticize a ruler unless they have more political experience than that ruler. If someone says unironically that Kris is the best written character, expect an uproar. Should I accept that statement just because I have not played FE12?

Also you never actually claimed to be the best judge either so it would be incorrect of him to imply that. Btw some of the cocky attitude was also playful banter. I used to talk about owning people better than me all the time. So he overreacted. I used to do that all the time with my friends at NB when we were debating matchups. The two who were much better than me weren't disappointed at all even though both of them are very aggressive so that's odd of you to be disappointed when you are a lot more passive.

So you're indecisive. Check out this post. While I agree that she wasn't explored to her full potential and she most certainly can be improved as I have discussed with you and other places. By FE standards, I fail to see a compelling argument that there are characters who are on a higher level. For example, I think Zuko is easily a better written character than Micaiah even though I like Micaiah more. But then again, ATLA has a much better story than any FE game IMO so that's nothing surprising. 

Anyway he's putting words in my mouth and your mouth. I get upset when my parents put words in my mouth and I'm even more furious when someone online does the same. Nor do I consider unsubstantiated bold claims with no evidence as anything more than something to reject straight away even if there are merits to the claims. Of course, this doesn't excuse my behavior in either instance so sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings. 

Presentation is also very important when it comes to characterization. If things are subtle, that can be a legitimate criticism.

Also, I didn't exactly feel attached to any of Geneology's cast when watching Mangs' LP or playing the game myself and don't have the time to get into FE4 atm.
