I didn't pull any Lewyns, but honestly it wasted on a unit like him. Units that can nuke things want skills like that. Sure he can nuke well with Ignis, but to me it's so much more valuable on a unit like Lillina, Ophelia or even Kagero, who's High ATK can take advantage of specials to their fullest.

I probably wouldn't give it to Matthew even though he's my premiere unit. I'm still waiting on Seal ATK/SPD 2. That's what I really want, to be able to debuff all 4 stats on every enemy near him while buffing himself.
