wow i feel like a dope....
pared taimo up with gaia and got selena's map... but i killed a villager when i guess i wasnt supposed to and selena killed herself attacking Sonia(MU) woops....on another note, tiamo is my best unit as a dark knight, she's better than sayria. krom makes a kick ass bow knight, nior is my favorite character cuz of her crazy portrait and evil laugh( also can anyone tell me what she says during her recruit mission?) azure is a good bow knight too, and serge is an awsome sage! 32 mag at lvl 10
. i also had no trouble with brady(dont understand the hate) i swapped him immediatly into a cavelier and then palidan then he's gonna be a dark knight and he's doin greatso othin u played a few times, what different class swaps have you gone through that worked out?

i did set up the internet, but im not sure if i got the maps or not, there are 2 spots on the map i cant get to yet , but i got spotpass and everything. honestly im not gonna worry about dlc. if its that good ill wait for the american version. i wanna know whats goin on in the story right so bad...

has anyone tried tiamo as a dark knight? cuz she rocks! her mag is keeping up but her strength is higher and her sword lvl didnt take too long without grinding to go up. also swordmaster sol is just amazing! i know this is prolly old news to people who got this game way b4 i did but its different reading about it and then playin it urself
also female sorcerers are sexy... i want that outfit and it also didnt take long for olivia to lvl up by forging her a sword and pairing her up with krom... i luv this game... i may change my favorite game on my profileon a side note did anyone eles notice how good the spotpass units were? i got diadora and she kicks butt

ok so aside from the logical choices what are people class changing? got the game this morning and im at chapter 10 now. i promoted Sonia(MU) to grandmaster at lvl 10 and i also promoted Viole(bow knight), mariabelle and sumia. i changed sumia into a cleric asap and she is a sage now. worked out pretty good cuz my liz was sucking real bad. mariabelle actually is turnin into a pretty good Valkyrie. i also turned taimo into a dark mage for the purpose of having her be a dark knight. planning on turning sol and gaia into myrmidons and ima go from there. im gob-smacked at how fun this game is...

well i feel much better about MU magic stat now. probly gonna play as mage first, then ill try dark mage next playthrough

if i wanted krom to be a bow knight would it be worth turning him into an archer? or should i use a change seal later? so many options in this game i love it

when i beat gaiden the first few times i didnt know about the nightmare mods. but after i did i changed the game alot, like made a few class changes, upped the growths and base stats for classes so the enemies were harder ext. one change i made was make clea a mage and turn robin into a peg knight (i know robin is a boy but the sprite for the peg knights were kinda genderless so i didnt think it mattered) I did make fols a female mage just for giggles, and i turned the armor units into cavaliers or mercenaries.
so im just wonderin does anyone eles change the game to make it harder/different and how? i dont feel gaiden gets enough attention

well i hope we find out if it definatly does and how much. i can at least say im glad i found out MU isnt as OP as the first MU so i wont be dissapointed, but her growth dont look too terrible, just mearly above average, it looks like in order to get alot of the stat caps for her id need to reclass her several times if i want that 50 mag cap on sage

go to base stats and click on spotpass and its got future spotpass too

yea i would have thought linnoan or othin. and yea i liked grey to, my dissapointment in this is lessened in that i can class change any spotpass unit into whatever i want, and clea is now (for some reason i dont understand) a redhead and since its in japanese anyway ill just pretend its sonia lol

like in the gaiden spotpass we get bowey instead dyute???!! or dean instead of sonia? or no savor? >:O .. i always liked ryuto. lack of Ilyana is sad but i expected that, love lucia and mia. i guess i was just expecting something different

Kinda compiling growths for base classes based on what ChinaFE has down. Just completed Sol, who's growths outside of speed are total bamf.
MU so far actually seems the most disappointing growth-wise so far. Well, outside of Liz, but she's a staffer.
disappointing how? like low/average? or in the fact that MU isnt as OP as the last MU

i hope so...although i may swap to swordmaster for a bit for astra... sounds like a good skill to have if i can use it in any class hehehe tho i kinda like the dark mage skill better.... hmmm maybe dark peg dark knight then sage?i want my unit with a mag cap of 50 hehehe.... omg i cant wait till this gets here.... damn you slow ass post office!!!!!!!!!

wait so MU has a low MAG growth? othin how often did your MU gain magic? aauuugh now im worried my dark mage FEMU isnt going to be up to par with other mages
so noone saw if there were class growths yet?

I'm going to give Jamka a go on my new playthrough just because he comes with Lightening Speed as a default skill. I'll let you know if he turns out well.

sides i dont think she wil be bad at it, as her only class change options are healer units, so im thinkin she has a really good personal mag growth

Serge is a goddess of war and of the sky. Why do you want to give that up to make her do something she's terrible at?
I made Liz a Cleric --> Sage --> Valkyrie for Tome Expert on the way. Took a while, though.
i really dislike flying units
i just have a thing against a unit who can be taken down by an enemy half thier level just because they are flying. yea they have good mobility but that mobility is hampered by the ''oh crap theres archers over here'' factor and i dont like that. id rather have palidans, great knights and other horse units and just not have flyers.
plus i like the idea of taimo and her being mages together lol. it just seems cute

depends on the character like taimo is a good dark knight, and libera is an ok axe user, and id imagine serge would be a good battle cleric if you wanted to go that way, but yea usually the mages in the game arent good strength wise, imo sayria is a terrible dark knight as she has bad str and she loses dark magic henry however is a much better choise for dark knight but thats just me
