I'm updating the name chart right now, but has anyone seen Deere? I'll just skip over him for now.
Nothing seen. He's been pronounced as Dwyer, but there were no reports on the spelling.

I think AbdallahSmash026 hovered over Orochi's personal skill when he showed her off, but then again I'm not sure if units get their personal skills right off the bat or if they learn them when they level up.
So did it just say Capture?

A few minor localization notes for skills, from this Siliconera article:

1. Breaking Sky has been renamed Rend Heaven.
2. Flamboyant remains the same.
3. Hoshidan Capture is just Capture (at least that's what it says. I'm a bit skeptical.)
4. Hana's Tomboy is now Fearsome Blow.

I know the GameStop that I ordered from won't do a midnight release for Fates for a couple of reasons.
1. It's in a mall, so they are kind of required to follow mall policy regarding when they can be open.
2. In the likelihood there was a midnight release, it wouldn't show up at that specific store. Even when Smash Wii U/3DS and OR/AS came out, all stock they had for a midnight release was redirected to another GameStop (which also happens to be my normal store).

Well, we've got all the localized player character names. Though, technically, did we ever get the spelling for Dwyer's name? I know it was heard in that one video, but I haven't seen anyone mention it's spelling.

Got my paid and shipped from Best Buy :O it is presidents day weekend so the post isn't running until Tuesday, but feels like I could get it early(wishful thinking)!
Huh, Best Buy is already shipping out copies?

At this point, I'm basically now counting the hours until I can get the game. The Gamestop I pre-ordered from opens at 10 a.m on Friday, so right now, it's about 113 hours for me.

So doing a search for Velouria, apparently it is a love song by the Pixies. That's about all the information I could find.
Someone mentioned it on GameFAQs, so I looked it up, and Velouria is a real girl's name, although it's a rare one. Couldn't find anything on origin or meaning, though.

A couple names for personal skills have popped up in another GameFAQs topic. Setsuna's skill is Optimistic, and Azama's is Divine Retribution.

Wouldn't it be more efficient to get the FE14 hacking team to just dump all the text, format it nice with a script, and post everything? When Awakening came out, 3ds hacking was virtually nonexistent. Now...not so much.
Didn't really think of that.

Just a thought I had. Vincent, are we going to chronicle the support conversations for the site again, like we did with Awakening? Where someone put together a topic, and everyone worked on the support set that they wanted.

Pretty cute in my opinion.
It was shown in the Nintendo Minute, where Kat and Krysta quickly scroll over his name, but someone managed to screencap it.

Will take a bit of getting used to Foleo's new name (TBH, I've never seen Forrest Gump). BTW, since we now know that someone has Soleil, any chance someone can contact her over Twitter and ask her about the contents of the Corrin/Soleil support. I'm curious how they changed it.

Well, so far I haven't had issues with my GS preorder, and I intend on going there at opening to get it (10 a.m.). Thankfully, I requested off from work to go get it. Though I still worry about the second preorder I have from Best Buy. To be clear, I don't intend on scalping it. Rather, I plan on selling it to a family friend at a reduced price.

This was a neat little peek, I'm really enjoying the dub so far. Also, what is the Bone Axe?
Looking at the stat modifications, it looks like it refers to the Beast Bone.

A couple of things I noticed. One is that Camilla in battle had two extra options. One was "Lunge" which I assume is Cut Through, and the other was a "Break" option, though I'm not sure what that means.
EDIT: Ok. Looks like Break was just referring to the different items in the castle.

I'm not exactly sure which class it was, but I saw an "Onmyoji" in there a moment ago, which Sakura tried to cast Silence on.

There isn't anything on the Katana page that really matches up with it. Only thing I can think of that might match up would be the Spirit Katana.
