  1. I've yet to hear a quote nearly as dumb as "Is Sigmud Freud, like, that one animal trainer?"; the girl who said it even has the stereotypical valleygirl accent. Some come close. "Oh, I didn't think your brother would have the same hair color as you" probably competes.

  2. I also had my first blood donation about a month and a half ago. One of the sororities at my college was having "Heart Week" and I decided I might as well participate in the blood donation part of it. It was sort of funny. I didn't realize how long the process took, so I had to wind up getting the paperwork done and have my iron checked, then rush out to go to class. After class I had to quickly return and do the actual donation process. I'm pretty good with needles, so I had no problems there. However, having to constantly squeeze wasn't the most comfortable thing. After all that, I had to go to another class about 20 minutes later, not before getting a bunch of snacks, of course! But yeah, having to speak German and feeling like I could faint any moment was pretty interesting. I'm glad to say I didn't, so it's all good!

  3. My taste for girls consist of rational habits, friendly disposition, and strong Christian values. I currently have in my scopes such a girl, so I'll have to wait to see if my endeavors of winning her pull through. That said, looking for remotely decent girls in most clubs is like finding gold in a silver mine.

  4. It seems a lot of people hate lima beans, but I love them.

What I hate that a lot of people seem to love is South Park. Actually, I tend to dislike a lot of comedy shows that rely a ton on vulgarity and shock value.

Otherwise, I can't think of anything that sticks out.

  5. Intellectually, I haven't seen any genuinely stupid people at DePauw. I may consider some people's life choices a bit on the stupid side, but most people at DePauw are obviously smart enough to get scholarships, a key ingredient of going to an over $40,000 tuition school.

  6. Perhaps if people started to get into the mindset that we are essentially one big human race, prejudice would go out the window, at least on the basis of ethnic background. Of course, there will always be people who will actively try to find even the slightest reason to justify hating others.

  7. Calculus is hard on me too D=

I wish I could've gone somewhere as awesome as Depauw though! Purdue has a beautiful campus and all, but the people that come with it...... Noooo thank you XD

Oh yeah and not entirely too fond of some of the teachers...

The people over here at DePauw are pretty nice, although a lot of them are involved with underaged drinking, albeit that probably applies to nearly every secular university out there. But yeah, my first semester was absolute puppies and rainbows, so hopefully Calculus won't turn it into hornets and thunderclouds.

  8. Yep, it looks like this semester, Calculus is going to be the thing that's going to give me gray hairs. That, and my rather active endeavor of winning the heart of this one young lady. Frankly, she's too wonderful to let through the cracks!
