Whoops! Wish I would have got on here sooner, I just completed Sawyer's route. Restarting from my save at that point fixed the issue. Having that said, here's what I thought so far (TL;DR warning)

Not sure if I missed something is Grace not supposed to accompany Sawyer? She doesn't show up on the unit selection screen when I select his route.
