[Would they be allowed to live in The UK?]

I've read on the internet about how in order to be allowed to be allowed to permanently immigrate to The UK people have to meet certain requirements, 1 of which is that they must have acquired a job that must earn them at least a set amount of money each year and I've thought of what I think is a very reasonable exception. What do you think?

The type of very reasonable exception is those that have earned millions by investing in such things as stocks, shares, business, industry's such the oil, fishing and mining or land and property or have won millions on The European Lottery, these people haven't and likely never will acquire a job that must earn them at least a set amount per year but via legitimate means they have earned enough to ensure that they will never need to work

[How heavily RNG-Blessed was my Mathew]

The last time I played Lyn Mode I decided to make it more challenging then normal by trying to make Mathew good enough to be useable on Eliwood Hard Mode, it worked and he was well worth using on Eliwood Hard Mode. Here's how he turned out. How heavily RNG-Blessed was my Mathew

He levelled up 7 times, even though his Speed only(?) has A Growth Rate of 70% everytime he levelled up he gained +1 Spd and even though I was playing Lyn Hard Mode he gained enough pointsof Str that he was able to wound Lundgren and he would attack twice per round, but he could only do 1x2 or 2 damage and I had to gave him both The Energy Ring and The Armor-Slayer

[Is my Serra now worthless?]

I've recently restarted Fire Emblem 7/this Game, I've also beat Lyn Mode, but I'm worried about my Serra, she's leveled up 9 times but her MAG has only increased once and that was during her 1st level up. Which means that despite A MAG Growth Rate of 50% she has gone 8 levels without gaining even 1 point of MAG. Is my Serra now worthless?

Anyway, if we’re giving people crests, I wouldn’t give Harry any crest if Gryffindor’s because he isn’t related to Gryffindor. I would have him born with a minor crest of Peverell because he’s descended from Ignotus, which I would give the effect of the Crest of Noa (occasionally conserving magic uses) because they were supposed to be very clever wizards. Anyway, I would make Voldemort strong in reason, authority, and flying. Reason and authority because duh, and flying because he seemed to have no trouble doing so in the movies. I would make him weak in faith, because “love is the magic he knows not” and all that, and axes, lances, brawling, bows and heavy armor because those are muggle weaponry/armor. The same would apply to swords but he would be like Lysithea with a budding talent in it but because he wanted the Sword of Gryffindor to be a horcrux. I’m on the fence about riding, since on the one hand it would be his only neutral skill, but on the other his father rode horses and that’s muggle. I guess I’ll stick it in the neutral category though.

I know you say that Harry shouldn't have A Crest of Griffindor and I understand what you're saying, but I forgot to mention that the dream showed that Griffindors Bloodline was believed to have become extinct in The Year 1,538, but it didn't, Griffindor had A 1-night Stand with A Witch, that Witch had A Daughter who had A Daughter that was A Squib, The Griffindor Bloodline lived on in secret and Harry's Mother was a descendant of The Squib that was the illegitimate daughter of the illegitimate daughter of Griffindor

 I've spend most of the last 3 weeks working on rules for Spyer Gang in Modern Necromunda. Here they are. What do you think?

They are based off The Spyer Gang from 1st edition Necromunda

But I’ve modified them, changed them and adapted them so that they can be used in 3rd edition Necromunda

I’ll admit that I’ve tried to both keep them as similar to 1st edition as possible but I think that they are at least slightly unbalanced

This makes sense in a way, after all they are supposed to be very bored members of some of Necromunda's Noble Houses that have come into The Underhive to amuse themselves by killing, destroying and slaughtering and whilst they are 1 of the strongest Gangs if not the strongest Gang at the start of most campaigns games theirs a massive problem

This is that they are hampered by  the fact that not only will even 1 death be a great loss but theirs also the fact that their lack of numbers, reduced earnings from territories, no Juves, prospects, gangers and leaders and everything costing double what it normally does means that once the campaign reach's the half-way point, or even sooner if your foes get stronger then normal the they become 1 of the weakest Gangs if not the strongest Gang in the campaigns

The basic the idea behind them is that whilst most Gangs win using a mixture of quantity or quality they win using quality and never rely on quantity

I’ve also tried to keep them like 1st edition Spyer, which means that The Gangs are made up of A Very Small Number of very elite Models that when or if possible she be both armed to the teeth and armoured to the teeth

And

Spyer Gangs also have both 10 unique benefits and 10 unique drawbacks that are all related to 1 of their 10 benefits and those 10 unique benefits and 10 unique drawbacks that are all related to 1 of their 10 benefits are as follows

The 1st is that they are a entire Gang of Champions and you can choose for them to have both The Stats and The Special Abilities of A Champions and you can freely choose your champions from The Champions of The 6 House Gangs, from Enforcer Gangs and from Vonotar Gangs, but once The Campaign has started Spyer Gangs can’t recruit any more Members

The 2nd is that they get A Free Settlement and A Free Drinking Hole, but on The Downside both The Free Settlement and A Free Drinking Hole give 20 Credits less then normal but you still get at least 10 Credits

What’s even worse is that if you’re Settlement would normally get you A Juve or A Ganger you don’t get A Juve or A Ganger, instead The Juve or Ganger is orcefully drafted into The Planetary Defence Force, which earns your Gang A Recruiters Fee of either 20 Credits for A Juve or 40 Credits for A Ganger

The 3rd is that when recruiting your Gang you can buy anything, even stuff that’s Rare or Illegal and that normally only A House Gang, Enforcers Gang or Vonotar Gang can get, but afterwards all Items that aren’t Rare or Illegal gain Rare 10 and items that are Rare or Illegal add +2 to their Rarity Value/Illegal Value

The 4th is that they start with 1 Suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Autogun, 1 Set of Filter Plugs 1 set of Smoke Grenades and 2 Fighting Knive’s that must both be Master-Crafted, but because Spyers would insist on buying stuff that’s of a lot higher quality then normal any and anything and everything by Spyers cost double what they’d normally cost

Paying double the normal price of anything and everything they have even applies to stuff they get once the campaign starts and also applies to the 1 Suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Autogun, 1 Set of Filter Plugs 1 set of Smoke Grenades and 2 Fighting Knives that must both be Master-Crafted that all Spyers automatically start with

The 5th is that they can never be Outlawed, but at the same time they can’t get Favors, in Law and Misrule Campaigns no matter how high their Rep gets they never get the bonus

The 6th is that no matter their foe or the mission they only get half the normal number of Tactics Cards but they can use Tactics Cards that are normally only available to 1 of The 6 Houses, to Enforcer and to Vonotars

The 7th is that Skills wise they get Combat, Ferocity and Muscle as Primary,  always get Shooting as Secondary, but as they haven’t yet received their full education or training they treat both Leadership and Savant as Secondary

On the bad guy as all their stuff slows them down the only way they can take Agility Skills is by paying to roll on any Skill Table and even then it costs 5 XP more then normal, which means it costs at least 20 XP

The 8th is that you can spend Credits to gain initial XP and every 25 Credits you spend gets you 2D6+2 initial XP, but when creating your gang no matter what experance A Spyer starts with both  LD and INT can’t be increased to better then 4+, WS and BS can both only be increased twice and all other stats can only be increased once

The 9th is that if A Gang Member either dies or retires you do get a replacement, but he or she is A Brand New Champion that only(?) starts with 1 3rd, rounded to the higher 10 credits, the value of the stuff the model he replaced that when he/she died and he/she only(?) has 1 6th, rounded down, The XP the model he replaced had

The 10th is that they have access to the things that only 1 House has, 2 examples are House Orlocks Legendary Names and House Goliaths Gene-Splicing, but each thing that only 1 House can use can only be given to 1 Spyer

And

As a example 2 Spyers couldn’t both have House Orlocks Legendary Names or House Goliaths Gene-Splicing but 1 could have House Orlocks Legendary Names and the other could use House Goliaths Gene-Splicing

Yeah, the fact that it's neither easier, nor more beneficial, to use a unit with their "personal batallion" seems something of a misfire. I'd go so far as to advocate giving the unit a "bonus skill" when their personal batallion isequipped. Like, Claude gets Bowrange +1 from the Immortal Corps., Linhardt gets Miracle from the Heveing Prayer Troop, Hilda gets Seal Strength from Goneril Valkyries, and so on.

My opinion is that the best route home isn't through Ailell, the Valley of Torment, rather its that they suspected that he might try something, which he did, and they thought that the guys hired thugs wouldn't look for them in Ailell, the Valley of Torment

Not quite, its 15,000 Gold for A Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 1 which gives +10% to all Growth Rates, 20,000 Gold for A Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark  2 which gives +15% to all Growth Rates, 25,000 Gold for A Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 3 which gives +20% to all Growth Rates and 30,000 Gold for A Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark  4 which gives +25% to all Growth Rates

The friend of mine that made A Fan Made Fire Emblem Game made a mistake with 2 of his Skill Scrolls. What are your thoughts on my friends mistake?

In The Fan Made Fire Emblem Game he made buying 3 Scrolls of The Skill Aptitude Mark 1  has the same cost as 1 Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 4

The mistake is that whilst they do have the same cost buying and using 1 Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 4 Skill gives The unit you use it on +25% to all of his/her Growth Rates, but  buying and using 3 Scrolls of The Skill Aptitude Mark 1 Skill gives the unit +30% to all of his/her Growth Rates

That means that buying and using 3 Scrolls of The Skill Aptitude Mark 1 has the same cost as buying and using 1 Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 4 Skill but using  3 Scrolls of The Skill Aptitude Mark 1 give the unit +5% more to all of his/her Growth Rates then you get from using 1 Scroll of The Skill Aptitude Mark 4 Skill

3 days ago I had A Dream about A Power Rangers RPG that combined the best parts, in my opinion, of both Mighty Morphin and Dino Thunder and their are 6 things about it that are puzzling me. Can I please have your thoughts on them?

The basic plot was that towards The End of The Dino Thunder Series Mesagog traveled 14 years into the past to help Rita destroy Tommy and the other 5 Mighty Morphin Powers Rangers and it took a alliance of The 5 Dino Thunder and 6 Mighty Morphin Powers Rangers to win and the 5 things puzzle me are as follows

The 1st is would Rita and Zedd believe Mesagog?

The 2nd is would Rita and Zedd team up with Mesagog?

The 3rd is until The 5 Dino Thunder have proved they're on the same side would The 6 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers distrust them? and if so how much?

The 4th is what effects would this have on the time-line?

The 5th is that as they are the same person could the fact that The Tommy Oliver of The Future has been chosen by The Black Dino Gem of The Future mean that The Tommy Oliver of The Present could also use it?

The 6th is what changes in history would happen if The Future Tommy told Zordon and The 6 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers everything that happens between the second half of Mighty Morphin Season 2 and the last 4 episodes of Dino Thunder?

The 1st is how could Manfroy be sure that any 1st born child of Diadora and Arvis's would have Major Lopto blood, when its the 1st son that gets the throne and their are 3 Major Bloodlines to get, so what if it was The 3rd Child or hell-forbid(as I think Manfroy would put it), A Girl gets Major Lopto or they have 3 sons and The 3rd son gets Major Lopto

The 2nd is that, in the games backstory, all of the previous vessels of The Dark God Lopto have either been male or had male names, then all being male is very unlikely, but it could be explained by Lopto using his god-like powers to guarantee that all of his vessels were male

The 3rd is that how can Manfroy guarantee that it will be a boy and not a girl that has major Lopto Blood, after all it could happen and Julia's Grandfather insisted that A Boy took the throne, so what if the 1st born Boy had Major Fala or Major Naga

In Fire Emblem 7 I didn't think that Dorcas would leave Natasha to help Lyn, which means I didn't know he could be recruited and I deliberately let him die in Chapter 4(Lyn Mode)

In Fire Emblem 10/Radiant Dawn, I believed that Valtome was A Cross-Dressing Female that had the kind of harsh facial features that you'd normally associate with a man and not with a women

The minor(in my opinion) change that I would make to Ash that I think is minor is that prior to him being adopted by Lord Lonato he fed his family by stealing stuff, which is why I would allow him to become A Trickster without having previously spend time as A Thief
