Hi! I, unsurprisingly, am brand new to these forums, so I'm making this post to look for some advice and knowledge, and just to introduce myself. I've been playing Fire Emblem since I was 9 - if my 3DS activity log is correct, at least - and while I've played through a small chunk of games in the series I'd like to learn more about it and what games in the series I should check out next, and I really like this site as a resource. So far I've played Awakening, brief parts of FE7 (the first english one, I think), I'm currently playing through Birthright, and hoping to get Three Houses for Christmas. For me, the best part about Fire Emblem is the characters and character interactions, in conjuncture with the gameplay, so I'm wondering which Fire Emblem games you guys would suggest I play that might appeal to me in those elements? I eventually plan to play all of them, though that's not until the far future, so I'd love to hear some suggestions on which to play next after Birthright and Conquest. Beyond just advice for what game I should play next, I'd also like to hear what some of your guys' favorite games and characters in the series are, and why you like them. My favorite is Awakening - mostly for nostalgia and characters - and my favorite character is Lucina. I love Lucina's strength and elegance, and I think she's a really admirable character. Regardless, I'm glad to be here and to be back 'into' FE, and hopefully these next few chapters of Birthright are good... anyway, peace! 😄
