Recently I finished Engage, but I still feel like the rings origin is not really explained. Like Marth mentioning how important it was his relationship with divine dragons (which can't be applied to most of the other lords), but at the same time, Sombron mentioning the existance of emblems in his origin world. So, the emblem rings from Elyos already existed by the time Sombron got to Elyos or they were created specificaly for the dragons war?
And also, if Sombron has knowledge about emblems before the 12 emblem rings creation, who made them? Divine dragons that took the emblem of Foundations as a base?
The same question goes for the dark emblems that represent FE bosses in the final battle. When they were made? When Sombron took the 12 emblems temporaly to open the portal?
