Some of the villages have their dialogue boxes at the top rather than the bottom like they should be. Same with DiMaggio's boss text when you fight him animation-less.

Alright. I'll go poke around for the Chapter 12 boss quote. If there a savefile floating around that's near midgame that would be helpful.

Nice progress. How did you end up extending the space limit anyway? That gave me trouble when I tried fiddling around with FE1 hacking.

Just downloaded the newest newest version and for some reason I'm getting a game over on Chapter 12 when Kalten leaves the map.

Just got here, but yeah, FE3 Kashim is awesome. Glad to see him get use in Book 1.
As for Book 2 Kashim, he's still pretty good. Jeorge beats him short term, but his crazy strength growth and promo mount ensure that Kashim will outperform him by a lot later on.

Rom is squeaky clean. The same copy of the ROM patches Hard Mode just fine so I'm just confused.
EDIT: The end of Chapter 6 has an unrelated cutscene involving Logan and Anakin for some reason, so I assume that's a bug.

Having weird issues with both patches.
0% growths just refuses to patch for some odd reason. I try and put it on a clean FE7 rom and it either does not patch or the rom doesn't work.
Hard Mode randomly gave me Gary and Frederick in Chapter 1.

How do you recruit the Pirate guy who appears in the same map as the Lancer guy who is recruitable? I didn't notice him on the guide but I'm pretty sure I should be able to recruit him.

Managing shops and buildings is fine.
Generic "kyaa what are you doing in the hot springs kamui" bullshit along with face poking and whatever the fuck Camilla was doing is bad. Very bad. Don't do that.
All of it won't matter anyway if the gameplay turns out to be poorly balanced again.

I think the crash was fixed in another version but THAT version causes the ending to crash. Current translation is super buggy.
As for Muse/Mousa, I always just go with what sounds better and Muse sounds better. That being said, there's a reason I don't do translation stuff.

Also, Castor was super helpful earlygame when I did some 0% growths practice on 12. Get those Killer Bow crits and everything goes well.

I don't really get the overwhelming backlash this is receiving.
I was expected two hardcore RPG franchises colliding with some crazy shit and demons.
I got Persona with minor FE references.
I think I have reason to be mad.

I never thought allies were too squishy because the game was balanced around nobody being able to take a lot of hits, if that made sense.

Your poll has a problem. It is literally impossible to have both Eyrios and Miranda, they're on different routes.
I picked it anyway because if it was a possible setup I would do it.
Also what about Shanam?

It's a real pity that Arion doesn't start slightly closer to Chalphy, I was hoping to sacrifice everyone except for like, Leif Celice and Shanan to block Arion from seizing. Unfortunately he can't reach Chalphy in time :(
Let Roddlebad live then. Dude always manages to luck out. Also, Aless, Oifey and Sety deserve to survive at this point as they contributed stuff.

Probably. In a growths play through you have a lot of different options to kill them.
Anyways, anyone else you guys want to see killed? I can feed them to Arion.
Whatever you do, you can't kill Tristan. Every Crit in the run? Tristan. Every lucky dodge or manipulation? Tristan. Who got the double crit on Blume? Might look like Celice, but it was really Tristan earning the crit. Every single move happens because Tristan allows it to. He converts pain in the arena into a manipulation of every single element of chance. He has surpassed being a unit at this point. What may look like a lame sub unit with no pursuit and bad bases is in fact a master of manipulation. He could have Celice or Leaf die at any time, but he gets himself beat up so they can live. That is someone who deserves to live.
Roddlebad? He can be Gungnir bait. That dude is just awful.

You have to kill Medeus in the final chapter first, apparently.

I like the overall changes and difficulty. But you gotta fix the character balance. Due to the low EXP gain there's way too much room for RNG to mess you up. Corbin got bad level ups and he couldn't do a thing. Cia and Althares feel impossible to get EXP for safely. Meanwhile Tamiko reached Level 20. Also I missed 7x due to Nomads cluttering everything. So suggestions are to maybe buff some bases.
The archer on Chapter 9 was a huge dick move. Althares died instantly. So basically, I overall like it a lot, just give some dudes a boost.

Levin is Top tier because Holsety and insane speed.. Dew is upper mid because cash dumps. Lex is either High or Top, leaning more towards Top as almost nothing stops him once he gets the Hero Axe until late Chpater 4. Tiltyu is Bottom easily. She starts weak and becomes mediocre at best.
