    Unfortunately, no experience with Fire Emblem, or in fact any form of video game thematic writing. If some unpublished, unfinished fanfictions, roleplaying and short novels would do, I may be able to dig it up. That being said, I would feel far more confident presenting a brand new work with my current level of prose, given a bit of time.

    Hi all, Forgive me if there is some sort of sticky regarding this topic, I cannot find it. I was simply wondering if this forum has a hub for people who want to join up with other members to work on fan projects. It's impressive to find a one man army, but it would be very efficient to have a specialized spriter, writer, map designer, soundtrack composer, character base and growth fixer etc. Example: I would be interested in writing for others, given I have been given a basic premise of what kind of story, setting and character cast they are looking for. I'm not exactly good at any of the other stuff. So yeah, I would appreciate if someone could direct me to this, or if it isn't a thing, does it sound like a good idea? Many thanks.

    Conquest started working today. Map Pack 1 is being released in 5 days here. I guess they staggered the releases for the dlc too. *Solved*

    Fair enough, I'll wait and see. I also checked the eShop just to see, and the weird thing is the eShop acknowledges it as a working code, and that it should be used within the software.

    Hi all, I purchased a physical + digital edition of Fates, physical birthright, digital conquest and revelations. The problem is when I try to input these download codes into Dragon's Gate AND Explore Fates respectively, it comes up with an activation error. What's more, when I try and update for DLC, it says none exists even though I know Map Pack 1 should be out by now (I preordered it). Anyone else in the UK having problems with this particular compensation special edition? And I have definitely checked my 0's aren't O's, there is only one 0 in both of my codes :/ Hope reinforcements arrive soon!

    (Bump) I think my current Lissa is magic screwed -_- Level 12 Cleric and has only gained 2 Magic overall (has like 7). Maribelle has like 12 or something and is at the same level

    As we know one of the best things about Awakening is that Second Seals will always allow you to max out stats eventually. But the early game can be a bit of a bind when certain units always get RNG screwed. For me, that has always been Vaike. My very first playthrough (Hard Classic), he gained 2 speed in 15-ish levels, and was getting doubled by anything that wasn't a knight. However in my most current playthrough, he is on track. 10 speed at level 11 is more than I could have ever wished for before. And I do hope it keeps improving. My Virion's were also always Speed Screwed, but he's doing decent in my current playthrough. So my question is, what characters always/have a habit of getting RNG screwed for you? And is it always a particular stat?

    I'm on chapter 16 and Ike's like the only character that 2-3 rounds. Everyone else 1-2 rounds. Frigging promote already. Also Volke is ridiculously statistically sound for a frigging thief. 16 strength at level 15!!!!!

    Update: Save scum BEXP'd Ike up to 10 strength at max level, and forged him a sword light enough not to incur speed penalities. Mia is level 18 and still has more strength than him (12 in fact).

    I may have just burnt out my cash on a forged steel sword for Mia, is money easy to come by in this game?

    I think I will do that then. I really don't want to restart, even if I might not be that far into the game, simply because all my other units are doing pretty stellar I think. Boyd is an OP Fighter. I just looked up Ike's strength growth as 50%. Wow I really have been screwed over :'/

    Hi all, This is my first play through of FE9 (I have however played FE10 multiple times so it's odd going back in time). Put simply, I am playing on Normal Mode, and my Ike is weaksauce. His Strength sits at a measly 7 (I believe that is what, 2 stat ups?) at level 16, and I am about to do chapter 8 (which my friend says is really hard). Even Mia has 10 strength and she's only level 10! I though myrms were the weak ones. Anyways, I was just wondering as a heads up where I can get the strength +2 items in game (forgot what they were called since RD; Energy Drops?). Regards, EdwardSunnyDisposition

    I...am an idiot. I went to take those pictures, then realized the Side Story is right where it's supposed to be. I thought it was a different Paralogue, but I was wrong. Case closed.

    No, I'm positive, the Chapter has not even shown up on the whole map, I've triple checked, and Mell I actually considered that :P Maybe he's afraid she'll rip his guts out while making love 0_0

    Guys, I checked, they do have the S-support, and it says Wife and Husband in their respective status boxes :/
