So I played around a bit with randomizer for a bit before starting the next chapter, I found this little gem.

Pretty sure that, on randomized recruitment, Ross, Ewan and Amelia always stay the same class. Orson is also always the same.
My Ewan is GRK though.
Only Ross was Journeyman.
Have yet to see Amelia.

Depends on Cormag's growths; do you think he could actually make use of the better stats/caps?
Considering his growth are 70/55/65/40 for hp,str,skl,spd. I think yes.
