Shaders and filters are not important but people use it to enhance the visuals of the game. You can use filters to smooth the sprites. If you want the original PS look with high compatibility definately would recommend using Xebra. Also the only plugin necessary to run ePSXe 1.80 and pretty much any other PS emulator is Pete's OpenGL2 V2.9 and of course you need the bios scph1001.bin. All the other crap is unneccesary. Unless you have a PC from the stone age, you shouldn't have to use stuff like Pete's D3D.

I played the Saturn version first. I didn't notice the gameplay difference since it has been a long time when I played L4 on the SS. I did notice the PS version of L4 the music was different which was awkward to get used to hearing at first. When I first played Warsong for the Genesis loved the game so much and wonder why there never was a sequel to the game. Only to find out later that Warsong was Langrisser. I hate when they localize games and change the names. I found out about Langrisser did have sequels because I was talking to someone working at Swap USA about Warsong and he mention Langrisser is Warsong and they happen to be selling L4-5 for the SS. Thats how I got into import games. I played L3 and still enjoyed the game mainly because its another Langrisser game. My favorite Langrisser port or remakes. Langrisser (TG-16 CD) - Langrisser already has good music but the Turbo CD makes it sound even better. Der Langrisser FX (PC-FX) - Huge shoulder pads and dat ass. pSX 1.13(psxfin) I think is the most recent. Only thing required is the bios and no configuration needed to run the emulator. I used it for awhile as my secondary emulator until I tried Xebra. Now I use Xebra or ePSXe. Xebra is a cycle accurate emulator with one of the highest compatibility but doesn't allow the use of filters or shaders like ePSXe.

You can use Angelina to lock down Reese. Hire as many griffins/faries(i don't remember) as you can. Fly near Reese and attack her. She will stop moving and heal if her HP is below 7. Just keep attacking her whenever she heals to 7 or higher to keep her from moving. You can keep one of your units HP around 7-9 so you don't accidentally kill her.

She does have a really cute voice. Stage isn't that hard to beat but maximising your exp while stalling Reese is more difficult. Rather sad not much people even know about the Langrisser series. My favorite SRPG game series.

Get the English translation patch for Langrisser IV at romhacking.net. The main character in Langrisser V is so OP. Langrisser PC and Der Langrisser SNES(L2 remake) is better than Warsong and Langrisser II for the Genesis. Both games are translated but it is rather difficult to find Langrisser for the PC. I think Langrisser IV has the best story and Der Langrisser is my favorite in the series with the amount of paths to choose from in game.

So I decided to try out Suikoden Tierkreis for the DS. Got to naming the main character. Sho'Nuff, Sho Nuff, Shonuff all prohibited word. Da fuck is this shit. Also no default name for main character so I tried Assassin prohibited word but it accepts PEENUS. I don't know if it is Konomi or Nintendo which is most likely the culprit but this shit is so lame. Decided not to play with the name censorship BS and it has shit dubbing which is another good reason to stay the fuck away from this game. Started Dragon Quest IX again with the DQVC back online. I'm surprised the intro of DQ IX wasn't changed for the localization. After all the cucumber in the middle and the 2 slimes looks like a male genital. Skip to 4:50 I can't be the only perverted person thinking this. Done with my bitching for the day and back to gaming.

This pretty much. I used to play FFXI, Japanese and English speaking people do things seperately in game and have their own forums. Maybe if there was a section for Japanese speaking people for Fire Emblem, you might get a few people to join. FFXIAH has a Japanese section for FFXI but there is only a few Japanese members. My native language is Korean but I feel more comfortable speaking English. If there was a Korean Fire Emblem forum. I wouldn't join because I feel more comfortable around English speaking people. Title Waifu Emblem doesn't surprise me at all. I'm getting old in the 35-44 bracket.

Yup that was MM4. I bought my first PC Pentium 60 and got MM4 and MM5 to make World of Xeen but never manage to beat the game. My first Ultima game was Ultima Exodus on the NES. That game was hard but I manage to beat the game. Got lucky finding the silver pick searching walls randomly. Back in the old days playing games without resorting to a FAQ when your stuck for days usually made me quit playing the game. Zelda II enemies drops P bags which you can use to level up your life and magic. Your grasping at straws. You can play Poker on several Dragon Quest games, does that make it a card game? Slot machines as well maybe its a gambling game? Final Fantasy VII you can ride a motorcycle racing game? Tekken you can play Galaga while its loading, does it make it a fixed shooter? Persona has guns, it could be a FPS game. Rebel Force > Song Yong and Song Ren I always left those 2 worthless generals at the beginning of the game. I played the PS2 remake last year when they finished the English translation. It seemed much easier than the SMS version but that was such a long time back to remember.

I played plenty of bad games in the NES days. Best: Diablo II LOD Worst: Action 52 - Out of 52 games you would think 1 of them should be decent. Runner up: Back to the Future - Ironic I borrowed this game from a kid named Marty. I joked to him about taking the DeLorean back in time and stop whoever made this horrible game. He was too young to understand the joke.

My favorite as well but all the good sushi places are far from where I live which is a good thing for my wallet. Sushi House Hayakawa and Tomo/Hoki Japanese Restaurant two of my favorites.
