I personally liked the The Sacred Treasures as Pit's final smash, and I agree that Lightning Chariot should have been Dark Pit's, but... oh well. Dark Pit's staff thing feels a bit lazy and weird to me, but I don't dislike it i think.
while we're on the topic of final smashes, Peach desperately needs a new one, and I think it's safe to assume she will get one.

I was literally just going to say Conquest chapter 10. I really really love that map. The aesthetic, the objective (especially since Rout and Defeat Boss were very common objectives in Fates), and the use of dragon vein clearing the water were nice touches to the map. I also really liked the use of the magic orb, shooting archer thing, that helped you get enemies from afar.

In most games, I wait until level 20 to promote a unit. In Fates specifically, I would either wait until level 20 or promote them when their rating surpassed 100.

Seems sometimes it looks more pink, sometimes more purple. But I still think the purple in the palette lines up more with Hilda.

SpoilerYeah, that's what I thought too initially, because it seems that OoT Zelda wears pink in official art that dates back to when OoT first came out. I know that in Melee, Zelda was based off her OoT appearance and wore pink, and then in Brawl she had a palette swap based off of that same appearance.
But then it seemed, after the 3DS remake of Ocarina of Time (which was released after Brawl's "pink OoT" costume), that Zelda's appearance was made more purple (not completely purple, just more purple, y'know?). As seen here (video link to the ending of OoT 3D), where the color of her dress nearly matches the Smash Ultimate palette swap spot-on. And then after that, Adult OoT Zelda consistently appeared in purple, rather than pink, as shown in her Hyrule Warriors OoT costume and her Smash 4 "OoT palette swap".
Honestly i didn't really like that only Little Mac had 16 costumes in sm4sh, while everyone else only got 8. like why would a wire costume need 8 versions of it? why would someone who has different genders (robin, corrin), or someone that has 2 different outfits (wario, cloud, bayonetta) only get 8 if someone who just becomes wire get 16? doesn't make sense to me

They just forgot to also color Zelda's hair purple for whatever reason, but this works well enough for me.
Oh!!! I always thought that was the Ocarina of Time palette swap? Maybe I was mistaken... either way, I love the color!!

Din's Fire and Farore's Wind look like they travel much faster now! so much yay!!!!!!!! Either that or I'm crazy lol
and also I love how the phantom works now, just kinda sitting there for like a second and then shooting out in a split second

I just don't like it lol (it bothers me for some reason. I always feel like Zelda should come first?? idk idk)
late edit: also, on the official Smash 4 website, after the game's release, the characters were listed by number order (except without the unlockable characters), just like how Smash Ultimate is currently doing. And despite that, they still put Zelda before Sheik.

The ordering of numbers is cool and all, but I do prefer to order by series. It also bothers me that Sheik is 16 and Zelda is 17, and I refuse to get used to that lol

I could totally see Daisy having a different final smash than a copy of Peach's. Peach Blossom, or "Daisy Blossom" if it were to be the same for Daisy, is not fitting at all for her. Although, I am hoping Peach gets a new final smash. They did say that final smashes were "straight to the point" and "fast and ferocious" this time around, so imma be praying for no more dancing and falling peaches!!

Not sure if this has been asked already, but does anyone think/know if Echo fighters will have their own character slot or will they simply be an alternate costume (like Alph is to Olimar)? Also does anyone know if Alph is still an Olimar costume?

Definitely Zelda! Her, Peach, and Zero Suit have been my mains since Brawl, but Zelda looks like she has really improved (from what I've seen in gameplay videos of her), so I'm super excited. Other than them, I'm interested in seeing how Pichu, Young Link, and Dr. Mario have changed that no longer make them clones/semi-clones.
Oh, and the Ice Climbers! Really happy to have them back

Not sure if I'm just crazy, but Zelda looks a bit faster!! And what's even better, using Din's Fire in the air doesn't make her helpless, and it looks like you can move directly after using Farore's Wind! SO HAPPY for these Zelda improvements

I'd really love to see the old Melee stages back! Kongo Jungle and Great Bay already look amazing, it'd be awesome to see Rainbow Cruise or Fourside.

So, I saw that Zelda still has her phantom slash attack, so I assume that she and Sheik are still separated? Are Squirtle/Ivysaur/Charizard still rolled into one as Pokemon Trainer or have they too been separated?

Yay this is so exciting!!!!! I honestly didn't even know E3 was today, until I came home from school and my brother texted me about the new smash stuff.
I really like Zelda's Twilight Princess design a lot more, and I wish they kept it, but she still looks amazing!

Luckiest - Brave Heroes & Performing Arts. I pulled all four units in both of those banners. I even got Brave Lucina three times (once as my free pick, and two more randomly), and Performing Olivia twice.
Unluckiest - Fjorm legendary summoning banner. I saved up 100+ orbs because I knew Bride Cordelia was there. Did not get her at all. I got 2 Brave Lyns and 3 Gennys, but not Bride Cordelia. The worst banner I've ever pulled from.

I'd love to be able to recruit Phila and Rinea. I loved both of their designs, and they seemed really sweet and kind, and I would've loved to have another Pegasus knight and another whatever-Rinea-would-be. Saint?
