Since we are getting 4 brand new Spirits added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in January 2024, what other new Spirit Events do you wish we could see get added to SSBU after the first new four?

Since the news that we are going to get 4 additional spirits around in January 2024 after the Evil Ryu Spirit was added last year when Sora becomes the last DLC newcomer and they stopped adding new Spirits afterwards for a year. Since we don't exactly what the 4 new additional spirits are going to be shown off in January 2024. I do like to see more Spirit Events gets added in SSBU, but I think the team who works on the Spirit Events should add some post-Sora DLC SSBU era titles like Fire Emblem Engage, Splatoon 3, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Bayonetta 3, etc. (I think Sakurai is still resting up and let the Spirit Event team handle it) So I am thinking of creating a thread to show what new Spirit Events in post-Sora era do you like to see any of them get added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate thanks to the news that 5 year anniversary is returning with a brand new Spirit Event happening.

I had some ideas on keeping the 4 or 3 Spirits for the possible future Spirit Events are:

Fire Emblem Engage:

1. Alear (both genders) - Both Red and Blue Corrins + Marth
2. Alfred, Diamant, Ivy, & Timerra - Chrom + Lucina, Roy + Roy, Zelda (w/Lyn Assist Trophy), & Daisy + RD Ike
3. Veyle - Isabelle + Marth
4. Lumera - Lucina + Sigurd Colored Ike

Xenoblade Chronicles 3: (Got spirits from 1/9)

1. Noah & Mio - Shulk and Incineroar
2. Lanz & Sena - RD Ike or Cloud and Wii Fit Trainer
3. Euine & Taion - Palutena and Robin
4. N & M - Shulk and Incineroar

2/6: Batch 3: 4 Spirits from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Super Mario Wonder I'd assume would be an option, but I don't know it well enough to suggest (Probably elephant form, but I can't tell what they'd use to represent other than Mario being big). Yeah, that too. I forgot to add Super Mario Bros. Wonder in the list. But, I don't think they're going to use any DLC characters in the Spirit Events. (It's pretty much Mii Fighter Costumes and Stages gets triggered if players who bought the DLC to appear in the Spirit Battles.)

I definitely think they're not going overboard with that much Sonic Spirits for a Spirit Event. Also, I do think the new WarioWare Spirits that the team will grab the artworks from WarioWare Move It! since that is more of the recent WarioWare game. 

Plus, I definitely think Ms. Pac-Man Spirit as a Spirit Event might not going to happen due to the ATGames grabbed the rights of Ms. Pac-Man with Bandai Namco lost the rights from court case and Bandai Namco had to force to change the character and the name to Pac-Mom.

Okay, I did checked the new spirits that they sent out in 11th. They only came with the four from the 4 different series are the four shown off. I didn't expected that they just do one spirit per series in this Spirit Event batch. I usually thought that we could get three or four per Spirit Event like the other Spirit Events before Sora came.

If they do the same thing for the 2nd Batch, I do think they'll might stick with the one per series in four in a batch. I do think we could only see one per series something like Alear from Fire Emblem Fates, Bayonetta & Viola from Bayonetta 3, one of the Super Mario Bros. Wonder characters from Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Koraidon & Miraidon from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, etc. No other characters might join in as Spirits with the ones joined in the batches sadly.

Okay, so I had some other new ideas from 3rd Party franchises that I think we most likely could see it appear in future batches as Spirit Events are:

1. Tekken series: Reina from Tekken 8 - Purple Female Corrin or Purple Bayonetta
2. Madeline from Celeste (indie) - Maybe Pac-Man, Lucario, or Peach
3. Pac-Man series: Toc-Man from Pac-Man World Re-Pac - Giant Metal Pac-Man
4. Llyod Irving from Tales of Symphonia (since the Remaster came out after SSBU) - Uses the Llyod Irving Mii Fighter Costume with Killing Edge when purchased or fight Red Roy with Killing Edge.
5. Zangetsu or Miriam from Bloodstained (indie) - Maybe Snake with Killing Edge or a Belmont

On one hand, I honestly thought Pokémon would get lumped in with other games.

On the other hand, I’m not at all surprised that a franchise as big as Pokémon got another Spirit Event solely dedicated to one of its newest games (the last one was based on Sword and Shield).

Dang, I totally thought they're going with one character represent from each games for the Anniversary Spirit Events like the previous two batches. Since we got four of them coming from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet on the 9th, I could see we could see Fire Emblem Engage and Super Mario Bros. Wonder might get the same treatment like the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Spirits.

Dang, there's not a single Fire Emblem Engage Spirit appeared for the Final Spirit Event. I thought Sakurai was a fan of Fire Emblem series? Rest in Peace for hopes of an Alear Spirit coming to the future Spirit Event. I was hoping to see a Spirit event for Fire Emblem Engage to appear in SSBU one day.
