No it isn't, that thing needs a better stat for activation and better characters/class.

Yes, but I thought that it was just Levin that was just lucky.

And yes, Ethlin has bad luck. I just use her to kill some dying units and to heal.

I always wondered why Big Shield was level% and not defense%.

Generals/Barons activating it in the arena is incredibly annoying, though. I'd be wondering why a certain match is taking 10 rounds when my characters have 100% hit.
