I was eating carrots, and he shows me this hilarious picture and the carrot bits I was chewing on went up my freaking nose. It's not like when milk used to come out of there, this is chunky bits of solid carrot. I had to stand over a sink and blow them out. It's hard to find anything subbed, 'cept for Wing,and the newer ones. X and Turn A are available at Anime Legends, and pretty much all of the UC except IglOO is available over here on DVD, both subbed and dubbed. I found 0080 to be on Big-O levels, if not higher. 08th... has average voice acting for an American cartoon. Mind you, that's relatively good for an Anime. Char's Counterattack's actual VA's are better than Big-O's, but the scriptwriter had their mind ground into the gutter while they were translating it. It's also possible that the original Japanese version had worse voice acting in general, in which case of course the english Dub will be better.
