Just because he's a forced unit, that doesn't make him good. Being good in one chapter does not excuse his performance in the other chapters. But Penis has the "Ultimate Wangus" skill after promotion which activates 1/4th of the time and instantly kills the enemy, heals Penis of any status ailment and fully recovers his HP, plus it gives him a +5 to every stat. He is required for the recruitment of new units, and you can't say no to the possibility of recruiting a good unit. it can actually attack both close and long range, unlike boobies who only serve a support role, and are useless by themselves. It's only a support unit, but it's abilities are priceless when used against the enemy and can be very nice for a first turn player phase.
