If the game's too hard and annoying, I won't get it. After about 10 re-dos per chapter the game gets very annoying; even for a passive guy like me, its irritating. FERD HM seemed kinda pathetic after it. The thing about FE5 is that it shows off difficulty in another way. I can't really explain it, but FE5 is way more annoying than difficult. The situations and unfair advantages the enemies have sometimes can require planning. The only difference between Elite and Normal mode is that in Elite mode, they get double the experience. There's not much you can do about fatigue. I let all my awesome units take turns entering a battlefield. e.g. I don't think I never kept Asvel, Homer, and Olwen in the same chapter. Drayano Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 Yeah, swapping between different units of the same class is usually the best bet (especially with the staff users due to their incredibly low HP.)
